Front desk staff was nice. No restaurant, no bar, since covid apparently, no premium tv channels, as advertised! Elevator was not working, we were located on the first floor, ice was on second floor only. Knee problems and steps are not a good mix. Very misleading need to update your site.

Both front desk ladies working the evening shifts need a refresher on customer service. No sense of making anyone feel welcomed, a constant unnecessary tone, acting like they hate their job, etc…do everyone a favor and go get a remote job so you don’t have to interact with anyone in person, PLEASE. Hallways were so hot! Felt like I was in an oven. Room was FILTHY. Weird dark red stains on the walls…looked like some kind of jelly maybe?? Bathroom was disgusting. Shower had guck all over. Sink nasty… Room was BAKING HOT when we got there and took over 3 hours to cool down!

The bathroom tub was so filthy we couldn't use it. Black sludge came up and swirled around the very slow draining tub. Human hairs on wall mounted soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles and black crud on the bottle holder. Something spilled down the from of the bathroom cabinet. Grubby in general. I would not stay there again dispute the nice common area.

The room was unprepared for my arrival. The refrigerator was filled with old food, and the cabinet was unswept. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was dirty, and the shower had visible mold. There was no toilet paper or facial tissue paper. I had to go to Target for bleach cleaner to clean enough to take a shower. I am not confident that the sheets were changed. It was a long night, feeling trapped in the filth. I had to cancel the rest of my stay. Never again.

The property itself was clean, convenient location but a little hard to find if you don't know where it is. Purchased an upgraded room but did not receive. Payment was put on my credit card even after I told them I would be paying in cash. Reserve now pay later. Hotel is in the flight path of Morristown Airport so a little noisy unless you don't mind a plane taking off every 4 minutes.

We did not know this hotel was in a direct flight path for a local airport with small aircraft flying over quite low. It was fairly quiet for the first two nights after we got used to the air traffic since we didn't seem to have anyone else on our floor. The last night, however, when I was trying to get some sleep after my spine surgery, a party of very noisy older women were booked into the room next door who were still chattering away at 10 pm! The connecting door to their room from ours let in a lot of noise because it was not a solid wall. The bed was rock-hard. For the price, the hotel was ok and at least not in the middle of a city.

We did not receive housekeeping services as we were told “That has to be requested before your stay?” We cannot find such a disclaimer in our reservation materials. Desk agent was frequently gone. Parking lot had trash strewn about at all hours. Hallways were freezing. It seemed like the hotel anticipated lite occupancy for the weekend and turned down the heat (considerably). The hotel’s location was useful for our local travels but next time we will find another hotel in the Whippany area.

Short staffed. I had to call 3xs for more towels. I was there 3 nights no one can to clean room once. So I had to call for more towels as they gave us one wash cloth and two bath towels. Also had to get extra coffee. Ran out of toilet paper and my son had to walk up to the front desk to get a roll. Woman with nose ring extremely rude.

This hotel is NOT business-friendly. During my recent business trip, I discovered that the hotel does not provide Wi-Fi. I had to rely on my mobile hotspot, which was not very effective. Fantastic same-day rate. Room well equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, ironing board, coffee. Located on one of those NJ secondary shopping highways, so plenty of shopping and food choices. It is adjacent to a small airport. I didn't hear any planes after 4PM but in the morning I did.

Our stay was great and the accommodations were perfect, but one complaint would be the lack of breakfast. For $24 per person per day, It was significantly lacking. There really wasn’t a breakfast buffet at all. We would like to ask for a reimbursement, please.

It was fine. The service was ok. The room was decent. No breakfast is offered and coffee and tea are removed from the lobby at 9am. I think that’s a little unreasonable. If we were spending more time at the hotel I would definitely want to stay somewhere nicer that offered more amenities, but for just a place to sleep, the price was good and did the job.

I was disappointed that there was not even a continental breakfast available at this hotel. There is very few eating establishments in the area, and where there are, they are not convenient for someone from out of town. You are missing a great opportunity to increase profits as well as in attracting clients in the future.

The bathroom wasn’t clean , the shower had hair all over it . I had wanted breakfast and it was a frozen danish with a coffee. I thought it would have eggs, cereal and fruit. Will not go to this chain of hotels again.

Ok - evidently the hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby is beautiful. However the advertised restaurant, and bar are not yet constructed. The one day they offered breakfast it consisted of dry cereal and 4 pieces of fruit. Coffee in the lobby was only available in the morning. The room was clean and had a coffee maker and fridge - no microwave. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The glass shower door had a VERY loose bar. I arrived on Thursday and the room temperature was 75. It took until Sunday for the room to cool down to 70 degrees. So it wasn’t the best visit but the staff was helpful and apologetic for the inconveniences. The room was clean. The bed and pillows comfortable. The price wasn’t bad. I hope the next time I visit the hotel will be in better shape.

Check-in desk staff were friendly. In the past, I’ve encountered not so friendly check in staff. The hotel is starting to get that rundown vibe. The sofa in the room is very worn. One of the sconce lights didn’t work. There’s rust in the bathtub. The linens were clean and that was important. The parking lights were flickering on and off, which made me a bit uncomfortable when it was dark outside outside.

Clean, quiet, safe, and well-maintained. My only complaint is that, as far as I can tell, there is no way to turn the HVAC unit the whole way off, so you have to have the fan on.
