Well managed property with a very ho- hum breakfast offering. Nice outdoor pool which looked great but doesn't open until 10am. Room was a King with a sofa and very comfortable and quiet. Will come again.

They have the old key system to get into the rooms and the cards stops working all the time and we had to ask for new ones every time we wanted to get inside the room, pool is not really that clean and the jar that has conditioner and body wash was empty since day 1.

We had a fabulous stay! The room was spotless, looked newly renovated, the bed was very comfortable, the room was dark when the lights were out which we love, the bathroom amenities smelled so good, and the breakfast was fulfilling.

While I think overall this is a nice hotel, my room had black mold along the ceiling and wall top near the window. It also had a moldy smell. The small table in the room had sticky stuff on it and rings from cups. I was very disappointed for this hotel that was rated very high.

We stayed for one night only as we were going to a wedding. Positives were: The staff was friendly and attentive, hot breakfast was included. Negatives: the room we were in was not clean- stained sheets, crums on the carpet, red splatter stains on the wallpaper. I am not sure how they can justify charging $250 per night (and I heard from another guest $400 a night on weekends)

I had a disappointing check-in experience at this hotel. The staff member at the front desk was not very friendly and spoke loudly, making our conversation audible to others in the lobby. When I politely mentioned this, she did not adjust her volume and instead stated that she always speaks loudly. Additionally, despite noting on my reservation that I would be paying with cash, the hotel charged my credit card for the room and deposit without consulting me or asking if I wanted to use a different payment method. This lack of consideration and communication was frustrating and detracted from my overall stay. Issue with Bathroom Sink: The sink stopper wasn't functioning correctly, causing the sink to constantly clog. I had to repeatedly stick my hand into the used/dirty water to manually lift the stopper just to get the water to drain.

Front desk was exceptionally amazing! I had a late check in and Jessica was so hospitable and made sure I was settled and made sure I could contact the front desk for anything. Was greeted so kind every time I walked by reception area.. would definitely stay again!!!

We had requested and were approved for an early check-in for which we were charged and willing to pay. When we arrived our room was not available. We waited until 2:30 when it should have been ready for 1:00. We purposely arranged our schedule for the early check-in. Later when we were checking out our receipt showed the charge. We had to argue with them to get it removed. We were very frustrated.

I travel for work and this is my go to property. They are kind and genuinely concerned about your experience. The rooms are clean and the noise levels are kept to a minimum. I get excellent rest during the day. They offer free breakfast and 24 hour gym access which is a plus. It's location is conveniently right off highway 55. There's a Wawa and many other stores further down the same road. They even wish me well when I'm leaving for work at night. For these reasons, I'm happy with the Wingate property and will continue to book my stays here. My experience here gas always been a good one.

Check in was seamless and took all but 2 minutes. Reception was always very friendly. Room was clean, bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, in my vast experiences in hotels which says a lot. So much so, I took note of the mattress and plan to buy one for my own home. A couple of issues that need to be worked out. Some of the wall sockets in the room didn’t work, not a major issue, just an inconvenience. Room needed more clothes hangers. Air conditioning unit door was broken and needed maintenance. And, lastly, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up not eating and went to get McDonald’s and iHop the two mornings we woke up here. I get it, free is free but it was a bit gross. We’ll stay again but the hotel has some things they need to work through.

Again i stayed here hoping in would’ve improved but not ! The breakfast by 8 o’clock was already out of everything the woman’s restocking it was rude to my female guest. When she asked is there any possibility there’s more did not restock anything there were 60 people roughly looking for stuff to eat there was nothing.
