I have given this property a 4 star because of one flaw, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. For the three days that I stayed there, nobody ever knocked on the door asking if I ran out of any toiletries, let alone ask to clean the room. I am a cleaning freak. I had to make my bed and also clean and take out my garbage to the outside trash can.I hope they improve on this as all customers are not the same with tolerance of environmental issues.

Great food selection for breakfast and beautiful garden by the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the small exercise room and appreciated the kitchenette. They also have grilles under a covered pavilion though we did not use them.

This is what we needed to make this an affordable family trip. We wanted something economical, with a pool, gym, grilling area and breakfast included that was close to Six Flags. The pool was out of service, but honestly we were so busy it wasn't a big deal. We made use of the outdoor grill and area 2/3 nights. Ate the breakfast every morning and made the small gym work. Any issues we had (AC didn't work) were corrected, they moved us to a new room. family trip

This is not my first time staying at the Staybridge Suites. The service at check-in was polite. It's useful to have complimentary laundry facilities available but once again only one washing machine was working. Same situation in the summer when I stayed at the same location. Same machine was broken down. It would be better if the property invested in upgrading the machines. The property is in need of repairs. Room smelled stale and musty. I had to spray it with peppermint oil to kill the smell so I could sleep comfortably. The lamps were filthy with what appeared to be months worth of dirt caked on them. When I used Lysol wipes to clean them I was appalled at what came off. I wish I could upload the photos I took. Some of the side doors stopped working with key card entry. You could only exit and not enter through them.

The room was nicely appointed and the bed was especially comfortable. Some of the access doors around the building didn’t work so we had to walk quite a distance to the main entrance but no other complaints. It was great.

The kitchen in the room had some cookware utensils, electric burner, microwave, and dishwasher. Free laundry facilities. Just have to bring consumables like soap or buy from the lobby. They even have an outdoor grill available for your use. All was pretty good. TV shows and movies were lackluster but probably enough to keep little ones entertained. Make sure to request weekend room cleaning in advance if desired. They don't clean rooms on weekends unless requested

This is a very dirty and poorly maintained hotel. The hallway leading to our room smelled like cat urine (pet friendly hotel). Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke and dog. It was truly disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay at this hotel

This is a nice, quiet hotel which is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Staff was very nice. My only complaint was there was an odor throughout the first floor, including my room. I don’t know about the other floors.

There was an 80.00 dollar up charge to check in early. The room was disgusting. Had to wipe everything down, holes in curtains and broken shower curtain. Some mystery leak under the sink. I didn’t take pictures of everything because it was so much bathroom is moldy, ceiling looking like it’s falling apart. Bathroom door has seen so much water paint coming off and it’s bubbling up. Fold hair ties and Neon paint on couch and sink counter top

You think of staybridge suites as a nice, upscale ĥotel and I was so disappointed. Nothing like the other staybridge suites I've stayed at other locations. Room smelled, carpets disguisting and filthy. Bathrooms old, dingy and dirty. Just gross. Dont waste the money!

Staff was excellent. Strong mildew smell on one end of the property, thankfully we weren't on that end. Our end was perfect. Breakfast was good. Property needs some touch ups and there are a lot of cosmetic issues since our last stay, but cleanliness is most important to us and it was definitely clean. Just needs some touch ups, addressing the mildew smell, and clean up on outside of property.

Our stay was nice. Housekeeping only come Thurs and Mon unless you request more-i think more like at leadt every other day. The rooms need a refresh-new sofa-cushions were flat. Curtains did not slide well. A ceiling fan over bed is needed. Bathroom needs to be more modernized. Awalk in shower would be better. Laundry services are free and great. Breakfast was nice to have avail. Coffee should be available all day. All in all a very nice stay.

We have stayed here quite a few times. When i get my scheduled times with my daughters this is the halfway point to meet their mom and this hotel always has a great clean room. We always sleep great because the beds are so comfortable and we love the breakfast. Highly recommend

The stay was great overall for the price. The locality was calm and good. The reception staff (Ali) was very helpful and the breakfast had a really good spread. The internet clocked upto 200mbps which was unbelievable. Only downside you can say that the building amenities are a bit old and there is noise if you get a room near elevator but everything was working fine.

It was in a convenient location for us, with a supercharger near by. It was extremely outdated. The refrigerator door barely opens, rugs were stain, very cheap pictures on the walls. A place you don’t want to go back.

The breakfast was very basic and seemed to be thrown together at the last minute. The mattress on the pull-out couch was too big so we couldn't sit on the couch comfortably and the couch had an ugly stain on it. The appliances in the kitchen were very old. For the most part, the room itself was clean, but seem to be missing update features. The room key didn't work for the side door. The drapes were old and some were hanging off the rode. Even though the size of the room meet our needs, it won't be our first choice in the future.

When I came to check in the desk person said my reservation was canceled because the manager canceled it? I asked why and said because you didn’t answer your phone….. I did not get any phone calls from them and they did find a room for us but the tv didn’t work in the main sitting area, iron didn’t work and you couldn’t get in any of the doors other than the front door ….. the room was a handicapped room sir the shower was bit of an inconvenience being so short…. Never had an experience like this before…. Would probably not go back …. Manager didn’t seem very honest….

The property was close to attractions and it’s a nice property. We rented 4 rooms. One of the rooms was given in error (not the king suite we paid for higher). The staff was hesitant to switch saying all the rooms were full. Only after mentioning that we paid a higher price for the king suite (and not the queen) did the switch was made. The new room given didn’t have heat that was working. The staff did their best and tried to get it working for an hour, and then had to switch us for another room. In all, we switched 2 times and didn’t get a final room until post midnight.

This hotel is just "okay" in my book. The room is in decent shape. The bed was comfortable enough, however the bathroom was a disappointment. The shower faucet looked like it had fallen out of the wall at one point and was a hack job to plaster it back in. The hallways gave a angel l smell that made me nauseous. The smell in the room was only a tiny bit better. Convenient location, though.

Simply put, “We love this place and why don’t you”. We went there for 2 nights and had a good time . I would give this place the highest rating in terms of cleanliness and staff performance. Breakfast was good and the area is only 7 miles away from Princeton Junction . There are many other attractions from the place . I left my camera memory card and they kept it safely . I had to order USPS service and get it back to my home address. They cooperated with me really well. I would recommended everyone if you wanna stay around Princeton and Cranbury. Thanks

The room was great. I chose this hotel from all the other, more convenient, less expensive ones because it offered breakfast. Please do not make my mistake. The "hot" food appeared cold and dry, decidedly unappealing. There was a waffle maker and some bread and cereal options. The juice had been watered down to unpleasantness. I know this sounds picky, but a traveling breakfast is important to me. For such a lovely hotel, it was disappointing!

Breakfast was great. We stayed two nights and the breakfast options were different each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Dishwasher in the room was very loud but we were running it when we left so it wasn’t a big deal.
