Perfect location for us, the place was clean and easy to get to. Apparently there is a town ordinance that you cannot back into parking spots, so be careful if that is your parking style.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The rooms are really gross and dirty (there was coffee sitting in the cradle of the phone in our room). Almost every night or morning there was some disturbance. Will never stay there again.

Well the towels were clean. The double room was quite small; especially for 3 adults. Bathroom was the size of a phone booth. The lobby/stairway carpet was ancient, dirty, worn and ripped. For a non-smoking establishment, the smell of marijuana was pretty strong when we came in later that evening. Might have to remind the desk staff about that no- smoking thing. We were in town for a funeral & this was the only actual hotel (as opposed to motel) that worked for us in regards to location & family.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I would stay there again. The negatives are that the beds are too soft and the pillows are very small and not supportive. Another weird thing was that although the shower was attractive and modern, there is no way to turn on the water without actually being IN the shower and getting wet with cold water before it warms up. I did like that the sink/vanity area was separate from the shower/toilet area so that two people could get ready at the same time. The included breakfast was also adequate and included a make-your-own hot waffle maker.

The hotel was fine in general but the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything the people around me were doing, including getting text alerts, flushing the toilet, and talking. It was very hard to sleep, and I am not a light sleeper. The breakfast also had extremely limited options, which was odd--there were only pre-packaged pastries, yogurt and a waffle machine--not even toast or boiled eggs.

The room and bed were great, however being on the first floor I checked the window and it doesn’t lock securely enough for me so I put a piece of wood down to hold it closed. The shower door doesn’t fit appropriately and water was splashing out on the floor.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to Temple University. I will definitely be staying again. It was clean and comfortable and didn’t have and weird smell like some hotels have. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus. The only thing that I would suggest would be to get padded mattress covers as the mattress feels firm. It didn’t affect my sleep like I thought it would but it was one of the first things I noticed when I sat down.

Need to upgrade the bathroom facilities. Smoke coming from next door room when the guest is smoking inside his room. Limited breakfast menu. Only package burger nothing for vegeterian. Vending machine not much choices and not working too. Its OK.

Stay was good. Good value for the money. However, the breakfast was really bad. First breakfast that I have been that does not have BREAD! On the plus side, lots of very nearby options for food and great value to go to Philly (you can even take a nearby train)

One of the pillows on the bed was dirty and housekeeping just put it back on the bed. The free breakfast bar didnt have very many options so if you're staying for an extended period of time, plan accordingly.

We only stayed overnight as we had a wedding reception nearby so overall it was nice. The breakfast could be a little more than a few frozen sandwiches, pastries and waffles but can’t complain when it’s complimentary. In fact, I am glad I took an extra pastry for later too as I found out our flight didn’t serve anything as well, so kudos for that.
