We were excited to stay at this beautiful historic hotel and even joined in on the history tour. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. My favorite part was relaxing on the chairs that line the great lawn & listening to performers sing in the Brown Room. The Spa did a great job. The retail store was cute. The Blue Pig Restaurant on the ground floor was amazing and we ate there everyday of our stay. The beds were nice & soft like clouds, but the Wi-fi was weak in the property. Other than that, I would be stay here again any time.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The beach facilities and service were excellent. The pool area is very clean, and the service was great. Our room was freshened twice a day. Valet parking was quick and included with the room. Staff were so friendly and always willing to help. We will definitely be back!!

There’s so much to do right on property: three great places to eat/drink, a fantastic spa, delicious coffee shop, valet parking, adorable gift shop, outdoor pool, places to sit and relax outside and inside and an informative historical tour of the building. It’s also right across the street from the shopping area. Plenty of great restaurants there as well (all walkable).

Great as always. Beautiful hotel, great outdoor spaces, excellent restaurants and bars. Elevator has been slightly malfunctioning since the last time we were here, about 6 months ago. Up button doesn’t work which confused the elevator when you press an upper floor. Door would close and then reopen before finally closing again and taking you up. Surprised it hadn’t been fixed yet.

Wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful. In center of town, walk to shops. Free valet parking is very helpful. Hotel has character, uneven floors, but that is part of the charm.

We had an issue in our room. Tub water was brown and there was a dog poop left next to the bed. We reported both things but nothing was done. I felt something could have been adjusted. I cleaned up the poo but we could not use the bath.

Overall a very nice hotel that I had been looking forward to visiting. However, being an old building the floors were uneven & the bathroom had a severe slope. This makes it dangerous for older adults with balance issues. The window also rattled/ banned all night with the severe wind.

Loved the staff treatment, including the superior, FREE, valet parking. The bars and restaurants in the hotel are amazing, with lots of options. My only drawback was the room, which was a queen and quite small and stuffy. The bedding, pillows and towels were excellent and ,made the stay comfortable.

Congress Hall is iconic and has wonderful restaurants,, events and is perfectly situated. The staff is wonderful and it is clean, but the property itself is crazy. Our room itself sloped so bad that you felt that you had vertigo! The entire building has severe structural issues.

The management is not very understanding or accommodating to extenuating circumstances. Our 1 year old son became very sick on this trip and we had to leave 1 night early. We went to the front desk before checkout and explained the situation. Management refused to refund for the night or offer a credit. I was hoping to get the chance to stay here again, but I no longer feel this way will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest that everyone do the same

We love Congress Hall. The hotel room is spacious and air mattress wide and comfortable. On Mother’s Day we were delayed with Valet Service as there was only 1 attendant for a period of time. We checked out early and were hoping for it to be held at the front desk, and there was no room. We were asked to check with the valet and he was swamped so we did not.

I loved the environment, the outside space and the bar. Our room was town facing and perfect. We saw the sun rise! I would praise the bartender who was helpful and informative. I would ding the coffee from the shop. It was bitter and undrinkable.
