I loved the pool area- in the center of the hotel- like s court yard- rooms are in a square around this making it a poolside from every room. Pool is Separated into 3 areas little kids pool regular pool and very large and a separate hot tub area… great family area. Great breakfast options - eggs sausage,waffles, healthy items. Bed was very comfortable- cotton- very breathable and soft

Breakfast was very nice several items to choose from. Dog fee on their site was listed at $15/dog, but has been raised to $25/pet. Lots of construction on the interstate so confusing getting off at Ogallala right now. They are remodeling areas of the motel now too. Entrances to rooms are from the outside and be aware it is two stories but there is NO elevator. Has area to walk dogs but no bags available that I saw but brought my own. Overall a 2 star motel a bit overpriced.

It had an attached restaurant/bar on the premises. This allowed me to eat w/out having to leave again after a considerable drive. The rooms were clean but dated, other parts of the property were dirty (floors/windows) The tv didnt work right away, but discovered it wasnt plugged in for some reason. Pool & hot tub were both empty.

Good budget friendly hotel with breakfast, an outdoor pool and a really good attached restaurant. Clean with no bugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. We came for Lake McConaughy and that ended up not being so great, but the hotel was good. It's not luxury, so if that's what you're looking for you should probably keep looking.

Very nice and friendly at the front desk. Bar and restaurant area was open and the food was very good and priced right. Service was a little slow to start but the staff really stepped it up and service was great the rest of the evening, I suspect I just hit it at a bad time, or just as staff were arriving. The property is aging and had quite a few areas of disrepair and defered maintenance, otherwise we would be a five.

I have five bug bites four on the back of my head one on my wrist, pretty sure they have bed bugs in the room.I called the front desk, but told them I wanted my money back very disappointed, very disgusting.I will never stay there again. I stopped by family dollar and bought some new underwear.New socks, shorts, shoes and a shirt.And a hoodie spent forty nine dollars. I threw my clothes away which were about a hundred dollars because I had insulated pans for work there in nebraska, a hoodie.My cousin got me last christmas and rather clothes.But I did not want to wear them home.Due to the fact that there were bedbugs in their hotel.

Quality it was not! Mold covering the entire bathroom ceiling! Shower had blobs of shampoo running down the walls and hair from the last guest. Looked like blood in the corner of tub shower wall, looked to red to be rust. Sad so many hotels have stopped caring.

The bed needed replacing years ago. It was non-supportive, very noisy, and lumpy. I had to wipe the floor up around the toilet as it was brown and yellow from pee stains. The heater/ air conditioner was extremely noisy and when it was running we were unable to sleep. Thus, we would never choose to stay here again.

We have stayed here several times, coming and going to visit family in the mountains. Make no mistake, this is a budget hotel. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean with a decent TV and an OK shower. An above-average breakfast, and they are very friendly. We will be back.

I had stayed here with my family 20+ years ago. I was worried it might have become run-down, but it had been well kept and modernized. My only serious comment would be that the gravy for the biscuits and gravy at breakfast was cold one day. And I mean cold. Had to use the microwave to warm it.

This Quality Inn & Suites is outdated but clean. We were not prepared for it to be a motel with the room doors outside on walkways (our fault bc the pictures do show it as such) but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the floor & bathroom were clean. There were connecting doors to the rooms on either side of our’s which would make it ideal for larger families staying there. We were not able to take advantage of any of the other amenities.

The staff at check-in reported a double booking from Expedia. Instead of working to try and find the root of the issue and help resolve, he only wanted to rush through the check-in procedure as I was trying to show the email confirmations I had. The error may be on Expedia's side, but the staff is trying to book me twice when I have no second confirmation for this hotel. I will be disputing if a second charge arises for this hotel as there only on room booked under my name on my end. To be clear, I only booked one room, have only received one email confirmation for this hotel for 1 room, and haven't seen any further charges to my card since ending the check-in procedure. This may have to be disputed with Expedia as I do not agree to paying for something that doesn't appear as booked on my end.

We stayed here for 4 days for a hunting trip. Had to pay an extra $25 for a dog. During the stay, we had zero housekeeping service. Ran out of clean towels, had to go ask for more. Ran out of toilet paper, had to go ask for more. Even after we mentioned on day 2 that we needed some service, none was provided. I would not stay here again and cannot express enough how disappointing the stay was. The exterior security door was broken and anyone could enter, but the security door leading out of the courtyard required a card to get out. The place is cheap, minus the extra pet fee. Still can't figure out why we had to pay extra for non-existent service. You normally get what you pay for, but in this case, you will get less than what you pay for. Just stay away.

I had a reservation for a room with a king bed thru Expedia. When we arrived, was told that there was no king bed room available and that "something had changed", but I had never changed anything. My reservation upon booking and upon arrival were the same, both reflecting a king bed. NO compensation was offered. Other than that, the room was clean. There's a large pool, hot tub, and kids pool. Property is older and a little bit aged, but lobby is nice, and the complimentary breakfast/brunch includes hot foods (eggs, sausage, waffles). Hotel is right off the freeway, and a number of restaurants & Walmart nearby.

We booked this hotel believing mostly in the pictures becuse we were just driving through on a road trip. We discovered that the place was under construction, there are absolutely no signes that indicates that this is a "Quality Inn" brand hotel. The parking lot had trash piles and construction debris, very old outdated purple building that said "Ogalala Convention Center". The parking lot surrounding the building was old, dirty and we truly felt unsafe for us to even consider parking our fully loaded vehicle for an overnight stay. We decided to just leave the premise to go find a different place. I suppose this place could be "under construction" to eventually become a "Quality Inn" but from the outside apearence, we believe it is falsely represented by the pictures they provide that look nothing like the current condition of the parking lot and the bulding not to mention no signage that indicate this property as a "Quality Inn" brand hotel.

The hotel was great! Everything was positive except the attached restaurant. The food was amazing but they charged us more than the menu prices. $20 buck more for a family of 4. So check your bills if you go there.

Outdoor pool was great my family had a wonderful time. 9ft deep pool and a 1.5 foot deep pool for the little ones. The Lounge restaurant attached was phenomenal. Great service, friendly staff, and the food was fantastic. 3 different menus to pick from; American, Mexican, and Indian.
