Fine for just a few hours of sleep, and friendly staff, but the place has had a few year pass since its finer days. Room had a faint old tobacco scent and overall feel of the furniture and carpet was a bit ”over due” /ready for a change. Pool closed for renovations due to broken ceiling. But bathroom was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast fine, so absolutely ok for a quick overnight stop!

My family and I are from Texas was in town for 4 nights and we loved this hotel was in town for my son's graduation. I chose this location because it was in between my mother in GI and my son's high school. Breakfast was delicious, customer service was great from everyone that worked at the hotel. Only downside was No pool it was under construction no one was working on it. Maybe low on funds to fix. Also there's a gap under our door to the hallway. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, clean room. Had a very nice pool and hot tub indoors. The restaurant on site was only open for breakfast , the breakfast had a lot of choices and was very tasty. Lots of parking and a good shower. There as a good truck stop restaurant down the road a little ways in town. Very good food for reasonable prices. I would stay there again it I was traveling that way.

Pool was down and did not have notice of that. Said it has been down since January. “Grill and lounge” at property is not that. They are only open 6-9am for continental breakfast. Tesla charges were down and roped off with caution tape. Hotel was run down and dingy.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, one bed comforter had holes, the sliding glass door trim was rotten, door leaked cold air and it was either hot or cold no matter how we adjusted the antique thermostat. I got bug bites on my neck and wrist. Location was the only reason we didn’t move.

The room as well as the hallway were clean and nice. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with a nice variety. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We will be staying again.

The hotel is under renovation but that did not impact our stay. The room was clean but walls are a bit thin. It is pretty easy to hear neighbors, we also heard a dog barking in the morning. Breakfast is the highlight of this property. A very nice buffet layout with ample options and high quality. Employees were all friendly.

They wont allow me to cancel due to road closure and weather condition. Slick & icy road that we couldnt be able to arrive the hotel. We had to stay in Julesburg. I called hotel at 4:20 pm and they stated too bad. Nothing we can do about.. horrible service.. weather was beyond our control.. they had no compassionate and understanding to allow me to cancel..

This hotel is just so-so. It was okay for a quick overnight stay but we found several dead flys in the room which we could tell had been there for awhile. When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and no sign posted that said “Be right back” etc. When employee did return, he was carrying container of food so he was very curt as I could tell he just wanted to get me out of there so he could eat. Lastly, very thin walls with baby in next room.

Wonderful experience! Checking in was super fast, the desk clerk was very friendly. Room was quiet, clean, beds were amazing and had a lovely view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Pet area was very nice and well kept. Will stay here any time on my travels through Nebraska.

Worst night ever I’m traveling across so I stayed for the night and I had leave early next day driving but the hotel put me in a room cross from the party room and until 1 am I couldn’t sleep because of the music playing and the people yelling and screaming next to my room and I went to the reception she said nothing I can do sorry Guess what I need my money back since I had to cancel my plans since I didn’t get enough sleep

Very clean and well maintained property. Courteous staff and excellent breakfast that started serving at 6am on weekends. No noise from I-80. No dining in the facility. I drove into Grand Island to eat. Nearest dining 1 1/2miles. I drove 9 miles. Excellent bed and comfortable pillows. Next door gas was priced high.

We had a nice stay at the Quality Inn in Grand Island. The weather turned bad on us, so we decided to stop sooner than planned. We made a quick reservation thru Hotels.com and were pleased with this hotel. Breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, and the room very quiet. We got a good night's rest and got an early start home to Wisconsin!
