Aero Inn

Aero Inn – Kalispell, Montana Unfortunately, our stay at the Aero Inn was disappointing. The pool was advertised as operational, but it was closed during our stay. The hot tub was also unclean, and staff acknowledged that it had not been properly maintained. We initially had to request a different room due to several issues. The bathtub in the first room had mold in the tile work, there was no hair dryer, and missing window trim created a sharp edge that nearly cut my hand while opening the curtains. The room also had an unpleasant odor. The second room had not been properly cleaned. We found pills under the bed, and our socks became very dirty after walking on the floor. The heat in the room also did not work, which was particularly concerning given the unusually cool fall temperatures. The pillows appeared old and flat, with only three provided for the bed. We were also disappointed with the level of customer service from the night staff. We witnessed an elderly guest approach the front desk for assistance because the heat in his room was not working, and the staff member appeared unwilling to assist him. While the beds were made, the overall cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and customer service did not meet reasonable expectations. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean but dated. Parking was good.

Great place to stay while working in Kalispell. Thank you for having us!!! Mike Coleman Construction, Inc.

good room for the price

Our Air B&B was double booked and we needed a place to stay in a hurry. Plenty of people we were in with for an event had room and suggested we stay at the same location. Clean, and quiet.
