Convenient & close to Yellowstone entrance, rooms are clean and comfortable. However the parking lot is small and we had to park pretty far from the room. The internet is also terrible, took multiple tries over 15 minutes to just connect one device. Please change this, as people need to plan the rest of their trips!

I rented and paid for a two bedroom Ada accessible room. When I got there, my room had one bed. I was told they don’t have 2 beds in ADA. Yet I have a picture of it when I booked my room. The front desk gentleman tried. He offered a cot, and brought it up. We opened it, the sheets were dirty and had a long hair in it. They had no rooms, and it is summer at Yellowstone. Everywhere is booked. So I asked for the difference back between the price of a one bed and a two bed room. They simple refused, would not hear of it. Looked at me like I asked for something so outrageous. As far as it being ADA, well it is on the second floor, and the door is not wide enough for a walker or wheelchair. You have to still step over a tub. It does have grab bars and a higher commode. If you need an ADA room, depending on your needs, this might not work for you. See pictures for dirty sheets, single bed vs booking for a double. I would hate this to happen to another family. It’s hard to save and go on vacation, when you finally can you want to avoid any hiccups. So I wanted to write an honest review, not to bash. I stayed at other hotels during my Yellowstone vacation that were wonderful at the same ot cheaper price point.

The floor was extremely dirty, we called the front desk, someone came, just mopped the middle of the room, After that we used towels to clean it, because it needed some good scruabing. We found a very large bug in the bathroom and huge spider in the room.
