Everything was great except we couldn’t park in the parking lot because there were no spaces left. Needs more parking spaces. Then was woken up extra early by housekeeping banging on our door. They could have at least waited til we checked out. Other than that it was great Front Desk clerk was very nice and he was very helpful

It is advertised as having hot healthy breakfast daily. It has a basic continental breakfast. The pool doesn't look like it's been used in a while and was closed. When asked about the"hot fresh healthy breakfast" you are pointed towards a small refrigerator it has frozen breakfast sandwiches. There are no end at all. The room was clean where you can see.

Cleanliness

Many reviews praise clean rooms and refreshed interiors. However, recurring smoke or weed odors, occasional dirty carpets or walls, and isolated reports of bugs or used toiletries show inconsistent housekeeping.

Customer service was amazing, good parking spots, safe part of town, not far from the bulk of the city. I didn't eat the breakfast there but it was good to know they serve it. Gets kind of warm at night, the air conditioning is controlled by the hotel and does not drop below 66 degrees. They placed us in a non-smoking room but it smelled like either someone smoked in it or the carpet was dirty. Refrigerator and microwave did work, direct TV in the room, very clean, no bugs. Ironing and Ironing board worked. Water gets very hot. Overall it was very safe and a great stay.

There was a large wad of long hair stuck to the shower wall. When I tried to check out at 5:15am the clerk appeared to be sleeping on the couch in the lobby. I tried to make a cup of coffee but the machine malfunctioned and poured the liquid into the floor. I told the clerk, he did not bother to get up. Just said “I’ll check it out”. So much for a cup of coffee before a long drive home.

The front desk checks on you before arriving, during, and after to make sure you’re ok or need anything, through text message on your phone. No need to call the front desk.
