The staff was very helpful. The room I had booked through hotels.com was not the room I got. They said that was not the room I booked. I pulled up the reservation and showed them and they said it would be more money than what I paid. Upon check-in, I was given a key to myroom which did not work and the woman reprogrammed it, and she came out and tried it. It still did not work. She tried three other rooms and none of the door locks would work. She finally got a room that the door would open. It was nasty and dirty. The bathroom floor had water between the laminate flooring and I’m not sure if it came from the toilet or the shower. The shower was absolutely disgusting. The faucet were falling off the wall and it was nasty dirty thank God I had flip-flops. The bathroom had mold all around the shower and it was quite obvious that the shower and toilet leaked. You could tell that there were leaks from above because when standing at the sink, you could hear it dripping in the wall.

We booked online for a non-smoking room, but since we had a small dog, we were given a smoking room. It was downright horribly stenchy. The curtains were literally stained with tar. The pool was nice, but could have used some cleaning. The door to the room didn't feel solid or safe. Breakfast was awesome, as was the kind woman running the dining room.

The floor was very dirty appearing. Enough so that I didn't walk bare footed. On the morning of check out we couldn't get the shower nozzle to work so I called the front desk for instruction. She was able to direct me. However, it sprayed (fantastic water pressure, I should point out) directly to the back wall and ran out onto the floor. I used a towel to dry the mess and the towel was literally brown after drying the floor.

Would have been nice to have more than one and a half pillows when we booked the room for 2. The one lumpy pillow the desk gave us was uncomfortable. Apparently they lock up the housekeeping items so if you need a pillow or blanket you’re out of luck.

I had an issue with a couple of staff personnel with attitude which could have been avoided the way they talked to me, the property manager apologized for the interaction. One of the cleaners didn't sweep up their area by the back stairway and i slipped on some crackers that would have been severe but thank God I was able to catch a hold to the rail. Otherwise than that it was good.
