While not the “fault” of the hotel, there was a band/flag Corp group staying in the hotel. I’m sure they had a great time and it was a fun experience for them but for the rest of us, elevators were brutallly slow, most common spaces completely taken over and all around the experience was sub-par. Parking situation not ideal and the hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Upgrading tech in rooms for phones/tablets/etc should also be a priority.

Great views of the Arch from their 8th floor terrace!! Having free breakfast and dinner with drinks was nice. Customer service was a bit lacking. We asked for blankets twice before we were able to get them the next day and housekeeping didn't come into our room even though we said yes we wanted them when we were asked at check in. I think maybe they were just short staffed. The hotel is secure, you can't enter the lobby or the parking garage without your room key and there's a security guard. Pool is nice with 2 hot tubs.

Nice and close to the St Louis Arch and 1 block from Ballpark Village. Although the room was clean, we discovered, upon arrival, that our toilet would not flush due to a broken handle.It was fixed quickly by maintenance. The 5:30 kickback was great! Free drinks, free small dinner and a free breakfast in the morning was a lovely surprise to us, as we have never stayed at Drury before. The lounge deck off the pool area offered a nice view of the city and part of the arch.

Room was very clean, staff were super friendly and the free breakfast was amazing. Parking costs extra but ia right under the hotel and super easy to use. Only a 2 minute walk to the arch. Super easy check in and out. If i make it back to this city in the future i will be staying at this hotel again.

Very clean hotel. Location made many things walkable. Desk staff were friendly and beyond helpful. We had a refrigerator that wasn’t keeping our drinks cold and maintenance arrived to fix it immediately despite it being 8pm. Loved the 5:30 free drinks and food offerings. 10/10 recommend, and we will happily stay again.

The staff at check in was very friendly as well as the bar staff. Unfortunately we overhead a manager, I believe by the name of Joe, talking disrespectfully about law enforcement as they had a vehicle stopped in front of their hotel, he interrupted the officer during their traffic stop, and then proceeded to come into the hotel and comment that their hotel feeds them for free and if they don’t move he won’t be feeding them anymore. We kind of felt this was not appropriate to be venting to patrons of the hotel. The rooms were clean, however not as the pictures online depicted. We had two rooms and both had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke that could not be fixed. Whenever the AC kicked in the smell of the smoke would get worse. During our stay our room was never made up or stocked with new towels, we ended up having to call down and ask for extra towels. It does say you can opt out of the housekeeping, but we had not done that so we aren’t entirely sure why our room was never tended to.

The Drury is a beautiful, historic property just a short walk from the Gateway Arch. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we were booked into a room with no outside windows at all—the windows opened onto a central hallway, which was weird. Be careful navigating the parking garage, which has very tight spaces; it’s impossible to turn corners on the ramps without going into the opposite lane.

Shows sign it was once lux. Now a avg. Parking's a hassle. Room’s are surprisingly generic. Most do not have a window view - meaning there is a window but it faces a wall. Breakfat was outstanding. Elevators always seemed to be a challenge. But can not be beat for Arch access. Literally across the street.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. FREE drinks and food from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Within walking distance to Stadium and Gateway Arch. Room 840 had an amazing view of Arch, River, and city, was very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend

The reason for perplexity... the air conditioning didn’t work, BUT, they made up for the unforseen problem. Thay made sure to make us happy. We WILL stay there again. They went out of their way to make us happy.

Stayed for 1 night. Pool closed at 10pm which seemed early. The sky deck was nice to see the arch. Personally think parking should be included with the stay. $32 a night is way too expensive. The AC in the room was super loud and kept waking me up throughout the night. Room was pretty clean. Hotel room was hard to get to with a separate elevator and maze of hallways. Room also didn’t have a safe in it which isn’t convenient. View from the room wasn’t worth the extra money either it was facing a city street. I stayed at the Hyatt across the street before and it was nicer - will likely do that next time. Breakfast included was better than expected.

Very good experience at the hotel. Kayla that work the front desk is amazing. Definitely a people person. She greeted us with a smile and answered any questions I had. She also wrote down great places to eat and for entertainment. Location is close to the event center and stadium. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to St. Louis

Very well maintained property. Staff/team were all friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Great location next to Arch. Had a low battery problem on the morning of departure and sought help at the front desk. Problem solved as maintenance met us in the garage with a portable jumper starter. What a value added service! Another big plus—nightly reception with great food and beverages. Would definitely stay here again as well as other Drury locations.

My friend and I came here from Indianapolis to take in a cardinals game at Busch stadium. Location was an easy walk to Busch as well as the gateway arch. Room was great. Clean and quiet with good air conditioning and a nice shower. The free hot breakfast was great and we were surprised to learn there was also free dinner and 3 free drinks at the bar. Parking situation could be a little better but the free food and drinks more than made up for that. Overall a great place to stay.

Great breakfast. Wonderful evening complimentary food and drinks. Literally 2 blocks from Arch and 4 blocks from Busch Stadium. Only four blocks to Metro Link. We used it to save an Uber fee to airport upon departure. Next time we’ll use it both ways.

Absolutely thrilled with our decision to stay at this hotel. Wonderful staff eager to please. Lots of room in eating area and many staff members to keep things moving. Hotel location is close to centered between Busch Stadium and the Arch. $32 onsite parking is offset with the free evening food and cocktails. Room was large and bed was comfortable. All clean & nice.

This was the second year my best friend and I stayed here for a book convention. Already booked next years stay as well (even though the convention is at the Hyatt). You can't beat the free dinner and free breakfast and popcorn after 4:00.
