The pool was horrible. The pool room smelled horrible and the pool was slimy. My 3 kids were very disappointed, as was I. Such a beautiful hotel and they can’t take care of the pool.

This time, barely working, very slow, doors not working properly and very bad sounds. Motel was crowded and may have been understaffed. Our room was clean and bathroom had been updated, but carpet seemed old and a/c very noisy. Public areas were lacking any charm and were not impressive. Overall: not a good experience, though am a fan of Holiday Inn Express, just not this one.

2nd stay at this hotel. Double queen room on 4th floor was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Option to pay a little extra for bfast at the restaurant within the hotel was nice. Toilet in room was quite short and 1 of 2 elevators sounds and feels like it needs maintenance when reaching destination. Id stay again. Good price for accommodations.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had no problems. This stay was the worst I've seen in a long time. The elevators were just scary. I felt like they would just stop working at any minute. And there was mold on the shower ceiling! I will not stay again after this horrible experience.

It was a holiday inn. What else is there to say? It was fine for just an overnight stop. I think it met my expectations but wasn’t anything fabulous. Room was clean. Pool water seemed a bit sketchy but my 9yr-old daughter tried it anyways. She only lasted about 20 minutes and wanted to leave. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t feel too welcomed. They couldn’t wait to check me in before running out for a smoke break. Whole floor let alone my room smelled like mice and therefore my comfort level was super low. No way they can’t miss that smell. Check out was just as heartless. Lady was disgusted I wanted to hand her my keys. Last stay here so no need to hear their fake apologies. Be better and do better.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Beds were clean and comfortable. Cleanliness in the room/bathroom needs more detail. Black mold above shower head and significant build up of mold at bathroom vent. Garbage under couch and bed. It’s been a long time since an overall cleaning was done to the room. Dust build up around chairs enough that it’s changed color of carpet. Lightbulb was burned out in bathroom All of this was addressed at front desk with staff and it just happened that head of housekeeping was there to hear my comments.

My sister-in-law and I would have preferred less firm beds, but other than that, it was a very nice hotel. They had extra special touces, like toewls folded into shapes. The bath math and a washcloth were folded to resemble a swan! The on-site restaurant did a great job decorating for Halloween. Our waitress was excellent and so were their pasta dishes!

Mcdonalds and Kroger was right across the street so we didnt have to worry too much about needs! while we stayed there we didn't hear any noises from other rooms either so very quiet!

Staff was rude and not helpful our room was given to someone else. We prepaid for 2 nights and didn’t make it until noon the 2nd day and were then told that we forfeit our stay when we didn’t check in the night before but I received a check in email that night asking how my check in experience was. So that must have used my reservation for someone else. There was nothing in any policy or rules section about this and why would I get a notification of checkin when we weren’t there yet instead of a cancellation notification

The only thing was that my 3 year old granddaughter killed a cockroach on the floor in the dining room where we had vouchers and the staff were nice, but not as friendly as they were with their regulars. Also I have not received my security deposit back as of yet and I have been checked out for over a week.
