We had stayed in Aug of 2025 and at that time the elevator was having issues. You move to a floor and it drops.. to the point my knees buckled and I almost fell down. We came back because this hotel is close to our son when we visit. If the elevator wasnt fixed because we did notify tthe front desk..as did others and i said something on here. We figured we would ask to be on the bottom floor. My husband is handicapped and cant use stairs. We asked the front desk about the elevator and they said its not fixed, its old and will probably remain in that condition. So we got a room on the main floor. If you enter through the side door from outside you need to use a room key to get in. Not here the lock was busted off and the door didnt even latch. Our room had pieces of ceiling peeling off. What looked light a major water leak, 1 or 2 mold spots or something nasty on the ceiling and they had a dehumidifier running in the room. The front desk lady didnt care, didnt care to change our room or tell us why we had a dehumidifier in there. Just advised us not to shut it off.

The website amenities say there is a pool. There is not a pool. The tv in our room did not work the entire 4 days we were there. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and paint was peeling off the walls. The elevator malfunctioned. They never once cleaned the room while we were there. We had to ask for extra towels and trash bags to pick up after ourselves.

Room was clean. I like that the mattress has a cover on it. The bathroom fan sounded like a jackhammer. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Probably because you cant use fan. The elevator by front desk needs HELP! You get in and its only when youre going down. We were on 3rd floor. It dropped a bit and stopped. Didnt move. Went down a little and dropped and stopped and then went down. It scared us and other people had the same issue with it.

Stay was good. There was some light trash inside and outside the hotel. Also, the back doors were permanently unlocked, and one of the doors leading to the stairs was broke, slamming shut when used.

I picked this hotel because the price point was great.. big mistake. The photos are not of what the rooms look like. Our room smelled old, musty. The bathroom floor was sticky and above the shower looked like it was going to cave in from the floor above us. The bedroom had a ton of dead flies and the floor was wet when you stepped on it. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was in-edible. I would never stay here again

Bed sheets had stains that looked like blood. Pop cans behind the dresser was messy. Leftover cat litter on the floor & food/noodles by the tv stand. So they didn’t vacuum good. Scratches on the walls. Overall wasn’t satisfied just dealt with it.

Upon walking into the room, there was the smell of mildew and there was lots of condensation in the windows. Definitely seems like they struggle with mold. The unit does not provide adequate outlets, had to unplug lamps and pull furniture away. Bathroom was worse of all, the shower head is rusted and there is water damage on ceiling. Place definitely needs to be updated, lots of damage and chipped painting.

The hotel wasn’t in the best condition. Our linens in our room were dirty when we arrived. Housekeeping did come up right away to change them for us. We stayed for two days the second morning we woke up. There was no water throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast is OK. The floors were damp & had a musty smell. It was nice having a microwave in refrigerator in the room… I also had a large channel selection on the TV. The beds were semi comfortable however there were boogers on the headboard in the wall.

I booked this hotel because of the recent good reviews, and was disappointed. I’m wondering if they were like fake reviews?? Our room was dated and not super clean. Our bare feet got black from walking on the carpets and there was hair & mold in the bathroom. The mattress was old and sunken-in in places. We were right by the elevator and the ice machine, so it was very loud. There was no remote for the tv in our room. The staff was friendly but the one front desk dude asked for my Instagram… weird. The breakfast was ok but not the healthiest options. I wouldn’t chose this hotel again unless I didn’t have another choice.

Price was ok. Hotel needs some work. We had a King Suite - spacious room. the bathroom smelled like old cigarette smoke and the paint job was terrible. There was no cooling in the TV room area, so it was hot. Breakfast was average. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Carpet in bedroom needs to be stretched - sticking up in middle of room. Bed was comfortable. Chairs and couch were old and should be replaced - we got a sheet to put on the couch before sitting on it.

Easy to get to, staff at time of check in was friendly. Room was big with two queen size beds. MATTRESSES NEED REPLACING ASAP!!!! Mattresses are horrible!! Shower was very spacious. Tub had a weird blue stain, ceiling has some questionable spots and toilet is so high, my feet did not touch the floor. Amenities in room were your usual…coffee maker, tv, small fridge, microwave. However, I was on the top floor (room 411) and the noise from the heating system kept me awake most of the night. Staff was lazy and rude! Not welcoming at all. Room was not clean, hair all in the bathroom. Had a very unclean smell. My room door was broke in a way that you had to slam for it to come back aligned to close and feel some security. I didn't complain based on how i seen staff treating others about their own complaints. Overall not so good experience.

Room was acceptable. Staff weren't particularly friendly but not rude either. Facilities seemed to be in a state of disrepair. About a 3ft diameter hole in the ceiling of the ice area on the 3rd floor. Elevator lurched at every stop. There was nothing show-stopping or dangerous, but wasn't great either. Not the staff's fault, but the "only every three day" room cleaning policy is kind of whack. It's under the guise of "being green". I suppose the ability to slash cleaning staff and costs is just an unintended bonus for Wyndham?

The person who checked me in, ignored me sranding there when I came in at 9p.m., and I was the only one. Some other guests came to talk to her and she obliged, then I walked back up and waited again. She ignored me not saying anything and talked to the other people, so I said excuse me I've been waiting and you havent even helped me. She yelled "name?" 3 times, and I went up and put my id on the counter, she held her hand out for me to pick it up and put it in her hand, and stared at me until I did it, which I did not. So she picked my id up and said "I just realized I dont have a room for Bs". I was shocked, and i said "excuse me you ignored me" she walked away to the back. Then she came out and said okay I do have a room (which I had already booked through expedia). My husband went down to tell her the a/c unit in our room wasnt working and he noticed my id on the counter. He said you have my wifes ID and personal info for everyone to see, and she told him "then dont look at it" wouldn't stay here again.

Service was excellent, I had an issue with the remote and it was resolved quickly. The guest care team made me feel like I was a priority. I like that they had snacks and drinks there at the lobby for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to leave if I wanted something. Location is close to downtown but far enough away where it’s quiet. I never had breakfast so I can’t speak for that but it was well maintained and clean. I’d stay again!

These folks are just full of baloney. Asked for extra pillows 3 times and nothing. Left for the morning, and asked the maid to make up our room. Nodded. Asked at the desk for the same thing upon leaving for the event. Came back. No room made up. Was told they are not made up for every 3 days. I said no one told me and there was no notice anywhere to be found. Desk guy said it's on the website. I said that's nuts . He said I was rude to him and that as I left for the night as he wrote down the request rooms could not be made up for 3 days. Got nowhere and discussion got a bit heated. Went back to my room and few minutes later a knock on the door was the police. Explained to them and they said to just go to sleep and leave in the morning with no problem. Have never seen such crazy behavior with no explanation, of trying to make things right.

For the price, it served my purposes well! I just needed a bed to crash in every night. The night clerk on Thursday was wonderful—friendly, helpful. Room could have been cleaner — some trash between microwave table and dresser; dust in a few places; etc. The tub faucet dripped. But I felt safe. Good pillow choices.

It was conveniently located right off 169. The staff upon check in and at check out were attentive and pleasant. The common areas and our room were very clean. My stay was very good! The room had all the necessities and towels. Bed was clean and comfortable. The curtain was a little beat up and there was some crusty residue on the bathroom walls. The metal lock was broken off on the door so I could not secure it to permit entry from the outside. Breakfast was very good, well stock with many choices.
