It would be nice to have either hooks on the wall or closet space at the entrance along with a small table or countertop

Nice place to stay. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast needs improvement. Several breakfast items were unsatisfactory. The eggs, sausage patty. potatoes were cold. The waffle sticks were also cold and tasted like cardboard. Good price though.

The breakfast was really good, the staff helpful & nice, especially in figuring out the route we needed to take to get to our conference location. Rooms were lovely. Coffee only ok. Outside/street level initially felt sketchy, but we were fine.

This is absolutely the WORSE Hyatt I have ever stayed in. Hyatt should remove their name from the hotel. First of all you have to go into a sketchy street level entrance where the middle automatic revolving door has an orange cone blocking it because it is out of order. I was here for 7 days. No effort to fix. Sorry anyone in a wheelchair. Also, sometimes homeless in there. Good luck with that. Then, when you find a working elevator you go to level H. If you are checking in hopefully someone is at the front to let you in because the automatic doors are locked unless you have a key. Front lobby okay. Although daily they had the wet floor sign out. Not because they were mopping but because the floor was wet? Room okay. But. I was told if I wanted it clean I would have to ask. Really? The free breakfast is absolutely horrible. Everything I’m sure was microwaved and/or started out as powder or liquid form. GROSS. The restaurant was so very mediocre but not inexpensive. Still paying downtown hotel prices. Then we get to the bar/restaurant itself. They don’t have a bartender. The person running the front is the ‘bartender’. That is, if he/she feels like it. One night after my conference about 7:00 PM the guy at the front said it was closed. “Even for a drink?” Yes he said. Yes. And then there is the 1 night the “bartender” passed out drunk at the bar. 99% of staff were awesome but the hotel is a dump. Will never stay there again and will rethink staying at a Hyatt in general.
