A family member had surgery scheduled in the morning so we needed a place to stay. The Ramada seemed to be more reasonably priced but equally as nice as the others so we went with it and had no regrets. The front staff we're extremely pleasant and the place was clean. They had a nice continental breakfast in the morning and 1 reception drink in the evening. Such a nice touch! The workout room was clean and the equipment worked well. The room itself was nice and the bed comfortable. The only thing that would be helpful would be a little more space with the sink area as there was little counter space But worked fine for us. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was good value for the money. The weird thing is the elevator was way down from the front reception, and our room wound up right above reception via stairs. Would have been nice to know. Also when we came back in the afternoon at 4:35, our room still hadn't been made up. At that point we told housekeeping (3 rooms down) not to bother, and I just took clean towels off the cart and left the used ones with her.

I liked the value but the area in the building around room 202 had a bad problem with ants. Was bit by one in bed the first night and saw them crawling by our jacuzzi, couch, and garbage can areas. I notified the front desk with pictures I took. They had housekeeping clean. The place was VERY clean....I think the ants are due to the old building needing to be torn down? The lobby looks new and recently updated.

It was an average place. Friendly staff. The ac/heat was very loud and so was the toilet. We reported this to the front desk, when we were checking out. Apologies were given and he wrote up a work order, right away, so it would be taken care of.

The building looked a little older but the room looked remodeled with nice flooring, hot/cold water, room and bed was clean, bathroom was small with the n toilet with the sink outside the bathroom (a tall person can touch wall to wall in the bathroom) plenty of parking in the back, no funky smells or weird noises at night, location was in a decent area, taco bell and a bar n grill next door, check in n out was quick n ez, had smart tv with free wifi, breakfast was eggs, sausages, waffles, pancakes, cereal, worth the price n stay.

Super clean room and excellent staff! Didnt eat breakfast because no vegan options besides bananas. I didnt see gluten free either. Breakfast potatoes would have been awesome. Room was cozy and very, very clean. No USB outlets so couldn't charge anything because I didnt have a regular end for my chords. And no fridge. Otherwise. Very happy with stay. Would stay again based on how clean everything thing was.

The only problem was the A/C didn't work very well throughout the night making the room a little stuffy. The breakfast did have a nice variety. The front desk worker on Sunday during check out was not good. I was approved for very late check out and he came to the room several houra before 3pm and basically asked my gf to leave the room. Once I arrived, around 215pm, she had been sitting in the lobby for quite some time.

While they were very short staffed for the check in process and it appears we were all checking in for the same event which may explain the long line the gentleman working the front desk was very hard working, very kind and professional. He did a great job trying to get everyone checked in quickly as possible being the only one that was working the front desk on a Friday afternoon.

Our stay was okay. Check in was at 3 we show up at 320 to check in and our room wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 20 minutes. They when we got to our room. The door was propped open. The room was missing some towels. House keeping only left a conditioner and bar soap. Conditioner useless with shampoo. Thankfully we only were staying one night. Right after we got into the room. House keeping comes with a pillow case and asked if I wanted to put it on the pillow. So the room wasn’t even ready by the time we got the room. Then we went to go turn the tv on and couldn’t find the remote. We call front desk. The guy came up and looked for the remote. He then had to leave and come back with another remote. After that the stay was okay. Not anything supper amazing. Thankfully nothing else went wrong. Do not plan on going back to this hotel.

Our two-night stay at the Ramada was great. The hotel looks like it has been completely renovated recently. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The little happy hour with a free beverage was a plus - disappointed we missed it on the second night. Hotel is a little out of the way but certainly easy to get anywhere from there. Plus FREE parking which is hard to find in the Twin Cities. Would recommend.

Great proximity to all things Minneapolis. E we’re in town for four nights for three concerts and a ton of sightseeing. Whether we were heading to St. Paul, Como Park, US Bank Stadium, Target Field, or Loring Park area, nothing was far away time-wise. We could get downtown in under 15 minutes. Even the Mail of America was not much of a drive. Breakfast was decent enough but could use more protein. If items were out, there were replenished quickly when we notified staff. I give this hotel a 10/10.

The website indicates that my room had a mini fridge and a microwave when I booked the room. However, the room had neither. It was also the worst hotel breakfast that I’ve experienced in 50 years of traveling. Here again, the website depicts waffles with fruit, however, all we received were microwave, warmed sausage patties, and rubbery mini omelettes. There were pancakes in a steam tray, but they looked so pitiful. I didn’t even try them. The only good thing I can say is that they did have hot coffee available 24 seven. The mattress was also on the firm side and not very compliant. I woke up with a backache each day.

Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and efficient! He also knew the area very well and gave ideas for restaurants in the area. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. There was a very strong weed smell by entrance A every time we went in or out. The breakfast was quite poor and limited. One juice was out of order, no bagels or waffles. The breakfast was basic; I would have liked scrambled eggs but that was not an option any of the days I was there. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room attendant was not.
