The room was clean, renovations were excellent. A suggestion would be that because there wasn't a fitness center on the premises, that there could be a pass for Anytime Fitness across the street? Just a suggestion. Good choice.

Stayed here for a few days. Saw that it was recently renovated. We were very impressed, nice pool, vending, breakfast options, very hospitable staff and owners. We will definitely be back next year.

Location of the property was convenient to stores and a short drive to restaurants. The A.C in the room worked good. The pool room was warm but spacious for swimming. Upon arrival there was no tv cord so no cable or tv to watch. Lots of holes around the room, the floor was full of sand. The sink for handwashing was leaking underneath and there was no hair dryer or iron available for use. There was also a hallway light that shined through the room making it difficult to fall asleep, blackout curtains might help that situation. Stay wasnt horrible but wasnt great either

Our first impression of the hotel was seedy and when we received our room key and was told to pack around the back, our concerns deepened. As it turns out this hotel is going through renovations but someone had booked us into the side used for "residential stay". The room had not been updated and although there was evidence of it being cleaned, the bathroom had urine all over the floor. On the bright side, the attendant was very gracious and called the "boss" so that we could be moved into the renovated part. The breakfast is grab and go which didn't suit us but that's ok.

Floor was crooked and on a slope. Tons of drain flys swarming the shower and sink. Shower was so small you cannot move around, I had to kneel down to wash my hair. Huge crack under door so you can hear everything in the hallway. The walls were paper thin, very disturbing. No ice or water available. We spent $250 a night on this hotel and honestly feel ripped off. This should be a $100 hotel room max Saying this property is newly renovated is an OVERstatement. This is a cheap motel with lipstick on it.

The room didn’t look like the pictures online. The faucet of the bathroom sink only ran cold water, the shower never got above luke warm. The towels smelled like old urine. I spoke with staff and they didn’t really care. No offer for clean towels or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, there are cheaper ones in the area that have cleaner rooms and better customer service.

If you’re just looking only for a night to crash then this could ok. Small room that looks like an attempt was made to updated it but really isn’t. Hugh gap under front door like a dog tried to get out. Uneven/sloped floors with newer laminate. Could use some newer pillows and comfy mattress. We didn’t use shower.

The rooms were clean. We were across the hall from the door that opens to the outside of the hotel. The door slammed all night long, and our hotel room door would bang every time the outside door would open. We did not get any sleep at all. It was definitely not worth the money that we spent, again, the room was small, but clean and efficient. If there wasn’t a line, we would’ve talked to someone about this. It was difficult Oh, shut up to make the long drive there and not get sleep due to the noise.

I know it’s been updated, but you can still tell the age. Years of smoking still linger in the room, things were just painted over Instead of being repaired or replaced, stall shower was TINY with no water pressure, towels in the room were rough from age (I asked for more and they were brand new, not washed) bed was halfway decent, nothing special

This place is not worth anything above 100/night (pushing it, but it is a popular summer destination). The bed frame had metal sticking out all sides, the box spring was incredibly stained, the mattress was stained suspiciously like bed bugs, the door was hollow with large gaps along all sides, the bathroom was tiny (toilet and sink 5 inches from the tub, if you're tall or large, forget about it) and the windows are open just to the hallway, where everyone walks. I left and requested a partial refund and as not granted it by Expedia or the MOtel, even with picture evidence. Pay extra to stay elsewhere for peace of mind unless you're slumming it on a college road trip.

No communication. I have messaged, and called with no response. I left a message for management to call me and my number was taken down. Never got a call was just told by the lady that answered the phone that my issue should of been takrn care of the night before. It was not taken care of and i have not gotten a call back.

Honestly, some of the staff were excellent. Beware of not getting what is promised!!!! I booked a suite on Expedia. When I got there I was given a suite. About two hours later, I received a phone call saying I had to be downsized to two rooms because my dog was not allowed in the suite at the PET friendly hotel. I have two smaller boys and this made sleeping arrangements much more difficult also I was supposed to have a king and needed up in a double. I was gracious enough being downsized but when I called after we checked out because my credit card was charged(even though we pre-paid) I was rudely spoken to! Honestly it left a horrible taste in my mouth after that. We won’t stay again!

The room was clean, no turn down service. No one is ever at the front desk. They have a phone and instructions for you to use at front desk so you can get ahold of whoever is suppose to be working. We tried to check out and no one would answer the phone so we just left. First morning breakfast was late suppose to start at 7am coffee wasn't even started until 730. Next morning Saturday no breakfast at all out. Rooms were decently remodeled but not worth what we paid for a night. Staff was friendly when they were available. Nice location and pool looked decent.

Could hear the dog barking in the next room all nigh. The free “breakfast” ends at nine and then they literally padlock the mini fridge up. Why not extend the breakfast it until 11 which is the checkout time.
