The water pressure in the room was awful, took 25+ minutes to fill up the jacuzzi tub just to find out the jets in the tub didn't work. The bathroom door was also uneven so the door was scraping on the floor making it hard to open and close

Outside certainly needed trash picked up. Bathroom door would not close w/o really putting in effort, ice machine on 2nd floor not working.

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was extremely low quality and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The sheets had a crusted spot in the area where a guest’s private parts would be, and there was a large chunk of hair under the pillow. There was feces on the side of the toilet, bathroom door, and even the light fixture. The toilet seat was broken, and the entire room smelled like wet dog. The most serious issue was the room door would not properly shut or lock. When I arrived, the door was already open. I entered, shoved it closed, and discovered it would not lock. I immediately went to the front desk for help, but the employee became loud and told me there were no other rooms available. Nothing in the room was cleaned or changed during my entire stay. Because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there, I ultimately slept somewhere else. I was not offered a refund. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels, but this was by far my worst experience. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, security, and customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
