Check in staff was nice but there was supposed to be a sofa bed in the room, it was just a sofa, it did not pull out into a bed. There was also no extra blanket for said “sofa bed” that was a hard sofa. When I tried to call the front desk to request an extra blanket to sleep on the sofa that was equivalent to the floor, the phone in the room didn’t work at all. One night was 200 dollars and was the quality of a motel at best. I’ve never been disappointed with Marriott until now.

My stay was horrible. The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We found long hairs in the bathtub, sticky residue on the nightstands, and a thick layer of dust under the bed. The bathroom door was filthy. We were not offered cleaning services even after I mentioned it to the cleaning and front desk staff. The kitchen fridge was not maintained at all. It was not clean. The main door did not lock. Anyone was able to walk into the building. Building C Room 146. The building was not secured at all.
