Breakfast was good. No complaints on there. The staff was nice. Our room wasn’t a cleaned while staying there for two days. I’m not sure what happened. The TV remote control should be upgraded so that we could view apps into it. Other than that we’re good.

We had a hotel stay, great room and quality stay. The breakfast was typical hotel food but we were close to alot of food options.

Not even close to what’s expected of a the Hyatt Place brand. First of all the hotel is going through a supposed renovation that obviously you don’t know of until you get there. We stayed at a “renovated room” which honestly can’t even be called that. Terrible shower, sink and overall feel. The service was very poor, it would seem management is completely disconnected with the hotels minimum requirements, no cleaning service for the rooms, no towels, no change of toilet paper, etc. The elevators are old and make sounds that you feel it’s going to fall. Breakfast which is included is literally the most basic and non appealing looking. I truly think a motel does a better job than this hotel. It’s a shame they sell it to you like a 4 star hotel. I will write an email to Hyatt to literally ask for a refund.

The hotel smells. The odor as you walk into the hallway and seems unbearable. Seems the odor seems to be coming from the carpet. I found it difficult to sleep as a result. Thank God it was only one night stay. The image portrayed on hotel.com was not what I saw. In addition, I couldn’t park my car without other cars bumping into my car because the parking space per car width was too tight for cars. They should think about fixing this because when other cars park next to me, I could barely get in mine. Also, the bar area need remodeling. Doesn’t look like a place you want to sit to have a drink. I also observed a man eating breakfast in front of the service desk without restraints to go and eat in the normal breakfast spot. My overall experience wasn’t a pleasant one for my overall stay because I was expecting so much from a Hyatt Hotel. I was disappointed.
