We came for the Trump inauguration and we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the front desk was very nice. They do need to update their web site because it says they have a shuttle to the metro greenline & they said they don't do the shuttle any longer. The shower was large & great to shower in & they provided bath wash, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion. It wasn't the little bottles either so it made it nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk service was lackluster--efficient, but not helpful. No explanation of in room Wi-Fi, TV (seemed to require sign in on ones personal account to access). No evidence of pool or gym room (both were promised on website). No complimentary breakfast (a $17.00 surcharge added if breakfast desired). Rooms were clean, except for very worn out (dirty?) carpets. I was not comfortable walking barefoot to the bathroom. Halls not very clean. Wife complained of lumpy bed. Overall: seriously overpriced at $182/ night.

I have stayed hear once or twice a year, but I haven’t in two years. Not because I didn’t want to, but because they were booked what I wanted to be there. A downsides this time was there was no more shuttle service provided. Times change. Overall, it was a good place, had trouble with my TV about 1015 at night and they sent somebody up there who immediately fixed it. Quite impressive.

There were places in the hall that we noticed could be touched up . We found a joint roach that was missed in our room after being cleaned. The Curva restaurant was wonderful as well as the staff The front desk staff were wonderful and courteous.

Checkin and chechout in 30 minutes! Entered the room and found dirty linen on the bed. Hair in both beds. Body fluid stains in the bed. Nasty carpet. Water stains all over the ceiling. Towel rack fell. Toilet overflow. Ridiculously unsanitary and unsafe.

This doubletree ran out of cookies - early. Digital key for room did not work. Furnishings and mattress were worn and entire hotel a bit looked tired. Music with lots of bass going through the wall literally all night - from 10pm until it stopped at 6am. Front desk was no help.

The last time I visited, everything was 10/10 perfect, but this time, the shower in the room was clogged and water would pool. It was late and we were tired from travel, so we didn't call to have it fixed, so taking a shower was kind of unpleasant and yucky. Also, the bed mattress sagged in the middle, which was not so comfortable. Aside from that, the cookies were awesome, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Too bad this stay wasn't as good as the last--I hope they replace the mattress and check the shower drains more carefully.

This hotel has gone down tremendously i the past 2 years. The fitted bed sheet came off during the night. The toilet and sink was so low down, it couldn't possibly be at standard height. The water in the sink drained extremely slow.

My mother booked this property for me so I could stay to attend a funeral. We called prior before leaving to make sure everything would go smooth, a fridge and microwave was needed because I have a infant. I traveled here with 3 children after arriving the employee that checked me in was extremely rude. He told me I couldnt check in because i didnt have my moms card ( she paid for the room) instead of helping me figure out how to get checked in he screamed at me and was very rude. I ended up rebooking with my own card and he was upset i got the room and a cheaper rate and proceeded to tell me i couldnt check into the room. This had to be a terrible experience for me and my family. On top of that they didnt even have clean comforters, I had no energy to complain to management as my father just passed away. I wouldnt rebook this hotel even for $75 a month. I dont know if i will ever stay at the double tree again . This one was awful.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly! As always the warm chocolate chip cookies were awesome. Room was clean and ready on arrival. Only negatives were housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am well before checkout time. AC fans need oiled or replaced-every time it came on it sounded like a nest of birds waiting to be fed. Overall though…it was a wonderful stay!

I was very tired and picked the wrong date when w made the reservation on line. Expedia was very helpful in fixing it but the women at the desk did not see the change and would not help me in any way. It took Expedia contacting Double Tree Customer service before she would Then inform me that they said she had to register me. I really do not think she would have done it without them getting involved. Customer Service from the desk staff was expected but not received until their company became involved that is very sorry.

Upon checking in, the clerk gave us a room that was being occupied by another customer. He appeared to be unfazed and nonchalant. When checking out, the clerk acted as if I was bothering him. Im not use to this type of customer service. Im use to the clerks being very nice, speaking as you enter the hotel and passing by the front desk.

The rooms were clean but the hallway outside the room was dirty, the carpets were stained and smelly. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was also good but they had no room service option. Overall, slightly overpriced for what they have to offer. The location is not good. Other than a gas station there is nothing that you can walk to.

Even though this hotel runs around the $200/night, the quality of it doesn’t show. There was trash all the time on the hallways, the shared microwave was never cleaned. Also we were there for 5 days and we had to call to get any room service, which you had to schedule for the next day, and they forgot!!! I will say the breakfast staff and the check-in was very smooth. The breakfast buffet was great ($15).

The restaurant connected to the hotel was terrible. Service was poor, food was just ok and overpriced for what it was. Worst part was there was a motorcycle event going on in parking lot and was very difficult to find parking. The restaurant was hosting the event and had side door open so restaurant got very hot and filled with smoke and burnt rubber smell from motor cycles peeling wheels in parking lot. Wate of money and sadly I will not stay at hotel again due to bad experience with restaurant attached.

When I booked the room, I paid a surcharge for breakfast, however, when I got to the hotel, I was told that breakfast was 18 dollars a person. The shower in the room was elevated with a cloth shower curtain so when the shower was used, a huge pool of water ran down to the sink and toilet which made the floor slippery and dangerous. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable.
