The hotel has an elevator problem. Out of the 3 guest elevators only one was working during our 5 day stay. The hotel books large groups so getting to and from your room floor is a big problem. This seems to be a constant problem at this hote.

Overall a great property,; stayed 2 nights. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately during our stay the elevators were down with only 1 out three functioning. For an 18 floor hotel that was rough. Would consider staying again. Breakfast was good;not worth the price- ( it’s the same as a Hampton inn breakfast just not free)

Pro: The common areas were relatively clean and I liked the free parking. Con: The furniture in our assigned room was soiled, the phone and tv didn’t work properly. When we complained we were told it wouldn't or couldn't be fixed and was not offered a solution. We had to ask for another room. Pro: They gave us a better room. Breakfast was offered daily and the wait staff was friendly. Con: No variety in the menu. The same foods everyday and it ended at 9:30 am would have preferred 10am. Pro: Water and ice offered in the lobby area. Con: No ice machine on the floors, inconvenient. Overall this hotel doesn't have many amenities. I was disappointed the pool was closed. It did not meet my expectations and I would give it 2.5 stars. Our flight was delayed due to bad weather which caused us to arrive a day late and we still had to pay for the missed day without any consideration and when we asked for a courtesy late checkout we were told "No" until the power went out leaving everyone without lights and air conditioning in hot weather for several hours and we had to ask again before they said okay to an extra hour. I would have appreciated a little more accommodation considering the circumstances.

Hotel seems clean and updated. I would definitely stay again. Only downside i found was that there is not a pool. My kids were pretty disappointed. Overall, its a good option to stay at.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. There was only one freezer in the lobby to get ice for all of the rooms. They ran out of ice and I was told no more ice would be available until the next day. I rated the area around the property unsafe because my car was stolen off of the hotel’s parking lot! Security patrol is needed.

They really gotta clean those carpets, so many yellow/brown/red stains in both the hallways and rooms, had to keep shoes on at all times. Staff was understanding of how gross that is, but didn’t seem to be able to do anything about it other than offering another room… which also had stains. Seems strange a chain hotel doesn’t own a carpet cleaning machine.

We stayed in room 1719, we booked 3 nights we stayed 1. We noticed something crawling in the bed it was a bedbug and we tried to pick it up it pop, blood was over the sheets. We left that morning. Refunded the two nights we didn't stay but didnt accommodate for the nightmare evening we had. Staff was good but i dont know what actions were taken.

I experienced several issues with the room. The mattress had large sinkholes and exposed metal springs that could be felt when lying down, making it very uncomfortable. The thermostat was not functioning properly, and the lighting in the room was poor. Also, the floor of the bathtub appeared unclean. Hotel staff was notified about the mattress and sent up a blanket to soften the piercing of the springs. Terrible uncomfortable and hot night trying to get sleep. I would not stay here again.Staff said no help could be given due to full occupancy.

I enjoyed my stay it's a nice hotel especially when considering the price. As far as complaints the sink in the bathroom was extremely slow the fridge was ancient and leaked there was no microwave in the room I was able to hear way too much from the room nextdoor and the Wi-Fi was weak. Some positives I got a nice clean room a huge bed really big tv nice shower it's a quiet and calm location front desk was helpful and friendly and theres a restaurant in the lobby.

The hotel is beautiful, room was clean, but oh my god the room was hot. When we checked in, it was 74° in the room. We cranked the A/C down to 67. Came back 8 hours later at midnight and it was 78°. Barely slept because it was so hot.

THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! When I checked in, the person was less than pleasant…nasty nice is what I would call her!!! I was told my deposit would be released in 7-10 business days…IT WAS NOT!!! After 7 days, I called the hotel and was told it was refunded immediately. It was not! I called back and spoke with the hotel’s manager/director, he was rude, unprofessional and borderline hung up on me without solving my deposit problem. After calling my credit card company, I was told the hotel actually voided my original deposit date, gave me a refund of “$0.99” (as opposed to my $100 original deposit). This process generated an additional “7-10” business days for my deposit to be released, which was then, $99.90. JUST UNDERSTAND, THAT IF YOU HAVE A FINANCIAL DISPUTE WITH THIS HOTEL…DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT EXPECT HONEST OR SINCERE RECIPROCITY. Stay at this hotel at your own risk.

The front desk could not check my party of 3 in due to some sort of communication glitch between the hotel and Expedia. I had to contact Expedia and have 3 go arounds to get that sorted (and I’m not sure it is ) and they only allow 2 bath towels per room despite the higher number of people staying in the room. This would not be an issue if the towels had some weft to them but this was not the case. I would not book here again

Unfortunately our stay was less than satisfactory. The elevators were broken and unreliable for our whole stay. We couldn't get enough towels for our room occupants due them not having enough. They promised to bring some up, they never came. The lamps in our room didn't work, the front desk associate said an engineer would be up, they also never showed up.

I travelled to College Park MD for business purposes. In an effort to have a quick and easy dinner, I went to the hotel lobby bar. At the bar, I encountered 2 very boisterous "non-guests" who interrupted my conversation and had very rude things to say (to me, a complete stranger). Apparently, these people are "regulars" at the lobby bar. The bar tender forgot to give me water and my cocktail, and never asked me anything during my 45 min dinner. Better staff training needed at this hotel. Would choose somewhere else for business travel.

Easy, convenient parking right in front. Quick check-in and easy elevator access to room. This hotel was VERY quiet and clean. We had one dinner and two breakfasts at the hotel restaurant, and all meals were very good. We would definitely stay there again.
