The restaurant is closed and our team booked to stay together here to eat dinner here . The gym air conditioning is broken and it’s 85 degrees in there and front desk staff say it is unlikely it will be fixed. That is dangerous. We booked here for work and wanted a gym.

The staff were amazing and the amenities were extensive. From a buffet style breakfast that is better than most hotels, and the bar/restaurant open on weekends. Parts were under renovation but everything was clean. I got a standard king size room that was spacious had places to sit and plenty of storage. The downside was the hotel walls between guests rooms were very thin so I could hear the neighbors conversations while lying in my own bed. The bathroom was also not as clean as I’d expect a hotel bathroom to be. Dust in the corners of the counter, a sticky substance by the sink and “black” weather marks on the shower walls.

I picked this hotel partly because of the swimming pool. The swimming pool was out of order both days I was there so it was very disappointing. Our room had a spectacular view of a trash dumpster and the back of the boiler room. At 1 point we had to close our window because of diesel fumes coming from the boiler room smoke stack. The shower head needs to be replaced because it was very difficult to get it at a good setting because certain settings sent water shooting out of the shower. The service deck people were very nice.

The property is good. Elevator is slow. Breakfast is ok variety would be good as the same thing is served daily except the days when bacon is added. Staff very friendly. Good location it’s close to a mall, clothing and shoe stores restaurants. Banks and a trampoline park.

First - staff was excellent. However, part of the reason we stayed was onsite restaurant bar. This was advertise as 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Upon arrival, the 1 restaurant only serves the breakfast buffet - which was really good - and the other is only open Friday and Saturday nights. Bar lounge is also only open Friday and Saturday nights. Very disappointing. Rooms are fine but they had a musty odor to them. However - our last night we came back after being gone all day and found the latch across the door blocking it from closing so our room was just open. That was freaky feeling.

Bathroom was disgusting. Raised the issue to The front desk and they assured me they would fix it, but nothing happened. The room smelled Like urine, the toilet leaked, the bathtub had a ring around it and under the open counter there were disgusting stains. The duvet had green highlighter marks in it and the room Itself was very dated. The elevators were not working well. It was an expensive stay for most likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not recommend

The interior was very old. The doors barely closed and required a hard push to shut. The shampoo and conditioner were provided in very small portions. Breakfast was fairly good.

Checkin was a bit of disappointment. We waited in line for over 30 minutes to check in. 3 people at the front but only 2 were checking people in. Groups and lines were not organized. People jumping in wherever they pleased. While standing in line we heard multiple people saying they used there room key card to get in and it worked but when opening up the room someone was staying in that room. This was a bit concerning for safety of people and our belongings. Then this women said they gave her 3 different rooms and all 3 had people in them. This was not comforting. Our room was clean. Not very up to date but was useable for a 1 night stay. Downstairs areas very newly renovated.

Front desk staff were abrasive and impolite at the checkin. There is no housekeeping and you are not warned about this until you see you room I cleaned and call. Hotel staff “mistakenly” barged in our room on two different occasions without knocking! First time , they said sorry. On the next day, they again invaded our privacy by entering our room again without knocking. This time, the excuse was, “when are you checking out today?” I was like really!?!?! Overall, nice place but very poor customer service!!!!

We booked several rooms for a business trip, but they did not have all the rooms we had reserved available. In addition, one of my employees (a young lady) was checked into a room that was already occupied. When she went to open the door, a man shouted at her from within. Could have been an incredibly dangerous situation, but luckily I was nearby. They did eventually give us one of the rooms for half price, but it doesn't feel like enough given the hassle we had to go through.

Asked for towels and was told that they would be ready around 7am. Called for towels after 7am and was told that they would send them up. Called several times afterwards and still couldn’t get any. Didn’t get towels until almost 1:00 pm after going to the desk and talking to the manager. The room never got cleaned nor were we asked if we wanted it cleaned. The carpet in the hallways was nasty and had a stinky smell. They really should replace all of the carpet.

I experienced no problems other than a longer than normal wait to check in due to a number of guests arriving at the same time and also buses full of guests also. I understand the busyness of a hotel such as this but do think that the front desk staff were, unfortunately, very understaffed. They did the best they could but would have benefited from additional help in anticipation of this situation.

As we were 25 minutes away from the hotel at 9:20 PM, the hotel called to tell us they overbooked the property and didn’t have our rooms anymore. We were shocked and had 4 kids in the car with us. We were told it was not their problem that we did not have rooms now. Horrible policy to overbook a hotel and put people out and do nothing to compensate them or make sure they find another hotel.

The lobby and room were very clean! Staff were helpful and the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel continental breakfast. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants so it is a great place to stay! It’s about 40 minutes outside of Boston so it’s great for a visit!!!

It's location is right off the highway but sets back from the road so there is very little traffic noise. Everything in our room was excellent - great towels and good lights for reading in bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices real plates and silverware - outstanding. Highly recommend.

Hands down the place gets a 5 star. The food was great the staff for the most part. We stayed there for 10 days for business and leisure. The only issue I had was the a bunch of dog poop all over the property because people didn’t clean up after their dogs. The lady that checked us in wasn’t sure if we could have a room because they were out of pet friendly rooms even after informing her this is a service dog for my special needs daughter. Our room was only vacuum once while being serviced and they failed to replace toilet paper. Lastly the restaurant staff was more into chatting with each other vs being more attentive to the customers. Otherwise the place was kept clean the staff was super friendly and the morning breakfast was very good and area very clean.
