The motel was well located between I-90 and Rt 9 and seemed OK in pictures. However upon arrival, the outdoor walkways were dirty and scuffed, looking like they lacked maintenance for years and were not cleaned this week. Upon entering our assigned room the carpets were dirty and frayed, there was disgusting smell of old cigarettes, mold, and gym sweat. My allergic wife could not even enter the door, fearing an acute asthma attack. This room might be fine for truckers and off road racers, but not for an elderly couple in their 80's. I would not recommend staying here. As we left, the night clerk was very casual about a refund which led to a lot of hassle trying to establish and prove we did not stay there and should have a refund. It took about 1 hours conversation involving. management to clear this up, but we finally got a refund.

We arrived in Boston but directly when to the hospital but not to hotel because our brother is dying. We stayed still he passed that night. My other brother called if we can get refund. Unfortunately he was speaking to someone with an accent and could not understand. Tried several times to repeatedly asking what are you saying. He gave up. Why can’t you get someone with proper English.

It was an ok place. The room was a good size and clean but there was a lingering smell of whatever cleaning solution they used. The only sink in the room was too high- they placed a 6” sink and faucet on top of an already high countertop and it was very awkward to use. We could hear sounds from our neighbors outside but we were so tired we slept through the noise. There was ample parking and it was well lighted. Wifi was good and there were plenty of outlets to charge our devices which we appreciated.
