Price is right. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Was quiet while I was there. Room was without a microwave, or refrigerator, and no microwave was available in the lobby. A microwave in the lobby or vending areas would be a great convenience and addition!!

The room was very clean and the bed was good. The ambiance was average. Staff at check was not particularly helpful. Compared to other Red Roofs, I see nothing “plus” about this one. No free breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located next door to a Dunkin Donuts and the cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning my room. The hotel itself offers nothing to the consumer. There is no refridgerator, mini coffee amenities or microwave oven in the room. The phone in the room does not work and there was no remote for the television. They offer nothing but vending machines for any refreshments.

Stayed in a handicap accessible room For three nights. Overall, the room was very nice. However, with it being an accessible room getting my wheelchair over the threshold was extremely difficult and getting the wheelchair down the ramp to the parking lot was difficult. Parking was good next to a Dunkin’ Donuts. Love that it was dog friendly. The bed was very soft for me however, my husband was fine. Overall four out of five stars.

Can’t be beat for convenience to the Airport Express Framingham bus (Uber from motel cost us $14 plus tip). Usual budget drawbacks: smaller room size, some outside noise from neighbors. Note: No room fridge or microwave. However, were used to paying around $100/night for an equivalent lodging. Gotta love the Boston area.

The room was not properly cleaned and there was all kinds of debris under the bed that including rose petals and other mess. The fitted sheet had a stain on it as well. Though it was laundered they should have discarded the sheet and put on a clean one. Overall the property was unkempt and poorly maintained. The room rate was not cheap and we were very disappointed with the room and will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

Found bed bugs in one of the beds masked to be moved was told there were no rooms available. Had to stay in that room. Next day was given another room. Opened that door to a dirty un made room. Staff seemed like this was Normal and not a big deal. Would like a partial refund for then stress inconvenience of this disgusting problem.

Don’t do it. Find anyplace other than here. Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with the family. Opened the doors when arriving late in the evening. Immediately started to look for another place to stay. As it was almost midnight, could only book a somewhere else the next night. So as soon as possible that morning we got out. Stains all over, stepping on the bugs on the floor. Shower was so gross. Only 2nd time in 30 years of travelling that I had not stayed in a place I had booked.

Don't take room (128 plus others) that has door used to adjoin to rooms together. This locked door provides ZERO noise barrier. Complained to desk about very loud family. They called them but they ignored request to keep it down.

It’s an excellent basic motel that’s clean, comfortable and affordable. The heat works great and the shower was nice. The nightstands were equipped with individual power strips with both standard outlets and USB ports for device charging. All in all I had a nice stay and slept well.

Comfortable, generally quiet, but there is an occasional electrical buzzing that kicks in periodically. This would rip me from sleep, and I am unable to ascertain exactly what the cause is... I thought the overhead light, but even when that is off the sound will cycle. That can be fixed... aside from this, it has been a pleasant and convenient stay.

The receptionist are very unprofessional rude and they have no idea how to run this business all of them the 3 ladies by the way the make the key of my room and give it to extra her and in the middle of the night while I was sleeping the stranger came it’s insane

I arrived around 01:00am after a long flight , given a room that was already occupied. Property is non smoking but every room had terrible marijuana smell . Sheets had the same smell. Rooms were not clean .. after complaining several times , hotel gave a credit for 2 nights , it’s a credit for not getting shot at 01:00am for walking into an occupied room.

the room was ok but the mattress was really old and dirty and the room had a strange stale smell to it and the linens were once white but now had a grey tinge to them. The area around the hotel is sketchy and the property going up to my room was very dirty. There were sheets and blankets piled up on the garbage can outside and the there were lots of strange, drunk people hanging around outside in the parking lot.

We were booked in a room facing the highway and not in a safe place. Lots of questionable people maybe working hourly at this site. Never used to be this way. Lots of noise, no amenities, possibly housing for illegal aliens/ homeless brought to mass from the border. Very shady. I’d never stay here again.

I was satisfied with most of my stay. My one and major complaint about this location was the false advertisement about breakfast. When I was searching for a hotel, I clicked free parking and free breakfast on the amenities check list. On the website it states this Red Roof Inn location offered free continental breakfast. But I was only offered instant coffee. I was very disappointed because that was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. I feel cheated because I found hotels that were less expensive in the area that offered the same amenities, but I chose to pay extra to get the continental breakfast. I feel that the website hasn't been updated because it is very inviting to customers like myself to book a room at your location thinking we will be getting a comforting breakfast in the morning but we're not. This false advertisement should be corrected right away. For this reason I have to admit that you will be losing a customer in me. I do travel often and I will be sure to avoid any Red Roof Inn because of this experience.

It is really quite near Shopper's World and Target, but there is some difficulty with sidewalks for about 1/2 mile heading away West toward Natick. However, there is a Cumberland Farms and a Dunkin Donuts right next door, and it is pretty close to a bike trail.
