My girlfriend and I got to the hotel at 2 PM to check-in prior to a wedding. The website said check-in was at 4 PM but I had called twice during the week for an early check-in. I was told I could check in at 2 PM both times or at 1 PM for a $25 fee. Perfect. When I arrived I was told my room would not be ready until 4 PM. When I explained that I had called twice to confirm the 2 PM check-in, the staff member told me that was on a first come, first serve basis. That was never explained to me over the phone and when I told her that she said she didnt know why they wouldn't tell me that. Needless to say I was frustrated because the wedding was at 330 PM and we hadn't gotten ready yet. When I explained this to her she become very rude and when I asked where we were supposed to get ready, she gave me a shrug and blank stare...fortunately my friend had gotten there 15 minutes prior to us and had gotten a room with no issues. The hotel was beautiful and in a convenient location, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone after how I was treated by this particular staff member.

Stayed 2 nights

Our stay was sub-par. The common spaces of the hotel were fine, but finishes in the rooms themselves were dated, dingy and falling apart. Parking and Wifi are NOT included in the price of the stay. Wayfinding throughout the hotel was not adequate to find pool/amenities without asking. Front desk staff weren't friendly and one woman was disciplining another of her coworkers during our check in. The food at the bar did not taste freshly prepared and the chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. Not worth the price.
