There were a lot of things that could have been better about this hotel especially considering it was a Westin brand. I would expect stuff like this from a Motel 6 or a Super 8 motel. The first room they gave me, the HVAC didn't even make a huge difference. They put me in a second room which was a lot better. I will give them credit about the room being clean and comfortable but their HVAC systems do not distribute air effectively enough to regulate the temperature the way it should. If you actually run the air handler in the room you barely feel any air coming out but the room itself was reasonably comfortable that they put me in the second time. I wanted to eat at the restaurant for lunch. I asked the bartender when I told him politely I wanted to get lunch acted like if I wasn't there and just simply looked at the drinks he made and he was just talking on the phone. I would also like to note that the temperature of the lobby was extremely cold and I wasn't going to wait in the lobby when the HVAC wasn't right and it was cold. I wasn't going to wait to eat in a restaurant that marketed itself as being open when it seems like something that was closed. I came into the bar area to get lunch but I was so displeased with him being on the phone and nobody helping me. I decided to get food elsewhere and I had a much better meal. This is not the worst hotel ever but there are a lot of things about it that could be better and I think they need to get their act together.

The restaurant at the location needs better staff. Waitress in the evening was not very friendly. Not enough staff for the morning breakfast.

The stay was great, clean room, but they need to renovate the bathroom.

We had a great time. Amenities such as the onsite restaurant, bar, and self service snacks has everything one would want. And this hotel was located by multiple restaurants and best of all the Metro.

Sounded like the pipes were about to explode when I turned on the shower. Waited for airport shuttle that never came so walked to Metro to get there. I typically don't mind but when you 400/night I expected a little more for the money so dont see this place as good value for the price. And the thermostat sung temps like crazy. Coffee was ok. Turkey breakfast sandwich was very bland. Bartender and check in staff were good.
