This property was terrible. The latch locks would lock when closing the door, so you were locked out, rooms were filthy. We were moved twice and in my second room was the previous guests underwear and hat. The toilets had not been cleaned for who knows how long. It was terrible and the staff was nice but knew nothing about how to help us or make changes.

The hotel was dirty in the hallways, didn’t look like they have vacuumed in weeks. The room was dirty. There was pee in the toilet just sitting, you could tell it was there awhile because it smelled terrible. The floor wasn’t cleaned in there. The better tub was dirty when turned in. There was black things floating in the water. Very little for ‘hot’ breakfast. Pool was closed and they didn’t tell us when we got there.

Where do I begin!!!!I will begin with a compliment regarding the gentleman who checked us in around 630 pm. He was very nice and helpful, I wish I would have gotten his name. Then we went to our room and it was all down hill quickly from there!!!!!! The room was dirty and I don’t mean just from the people before, I mean it needed a deep clean. The smell in the room was of horrible stale smoke. We were going to be at the hotel less than 12 hrs so decided to stick it out. The beds are hard as a rock and pillows soft as a feather. After a short horrible sleep night we got up to shower and realized there was either splattered red wine( I hope) or blood in the shower. Went then to dry my hair and the blow dryer wouldn’t work. When I called the front desk and asked for one I was told “well I can’t take one from another room!” Ok the so out I went with wet hair in 7 degree weather. Upon leaving I was going to see what prepackaged food I could grab from the HOT breakfast bar. The breakfast bar consisted of waffles, milk, half English muffin, juice, coffee and apples. I continued on and the same nasty man that answered the call earlier was at the desk to check me out and all I can say is it is a good thing that he didn’t ask me how our stay was!!!!!!!! I will be calling the manager on Monday! DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS ITS THE ONLY PLACE ON EARTH and at that point if it’s warm out stay outside it will be cleaner.
