Service is inconsistent: some praise friendly, attentive staff, but others cite rude or absent front desk, long or failed check-ins, overbooking, and refund delays. This hotel was the worst experience I have had in years. The TV didn't work. Check in was a nightmare: staff had difficulty for 20 minutes trying to re-boot the down reservation system. Cars leaving at 4am from the parking lot. My room smelt like wet dogs - it was an awful odour.

I reserved this room so that I can do laundry and have a break in an air conditioning room Upon arrival I was told that they did not have quarters for the laundry machine. Also, I was told that I should not put my key cards to the room anywhere on your devices. Otherwise it would stop working (?? Seriously it’s 2023 ) The only pop machine in the building it was out of service and because I complained about that, the service people were then rude to me for asking where to take my trash. Also, the phone to the front desk did not work. No offer to fix it. The cable did not work for one day due to a storm with no offers to come in and fix it. I was treated like I was an irritating vagrant, rather than a guest.

They allow groups of Hispanic men to smoke, drink, and play loud music in their parking lot all night long. Literally all night. I finally called the cops at 6 am. We were totally unsafe, the doors were constantly propped open, and we got ZERO sleep. The manager was nowhere to be seen.

Insanely overpriced!!!! The free breakfast is a complete over exaggeration of the actual truth. It includes coffee and granola bars. The key pad for the door closest to the main road did not work. This is where our room was, so we had to basically walk around the building to the front door. The hallways smelled funny. The room was very cool, I couldn't get it to warm up, and there were no extra pillows or blankets. I would not have minded any of these issues if the hotel was a $100/night type of place, but when you are charging rates more expensive than some fancy hotels I've stayed at in downtown Chicago and other places.......start acting like it!!!

The place was gross. It smelled like a combination of mold, vape and cigarettes. The property was run down. The refrigerator, shower curtain and drains were all corroded. To pay over $500 a night for this place is theft. Extremely disappointing.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. This “non-smoking hotel” reeked of smoke. Our room had the windows open and temp set to 61 and ceiling fan running when we checked in, presumably to air out the smell. The floors were sticky and both the flooring and carpets were filthy. Clearly not swept or vacuumed. The tub in the shower was disgusting. I could not wait to check out and beyond disappointed that I paid $150 for a night in this room.

This hotel should be ashamed of themselves! Absolutely shameful and repulsive hotel. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. Things that went wrong: 1. Was given our room and we went in with the door already open and had no blankets and had not been serviced. They then sent someone to handle it after complaining. 2. I thought it was an honest mistake, but then another couple we went with had the same experience. While they had blankets, the bed had clearly not been refreshed and the pillows were yellow. 3. The smell was disgusting, 4. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Ring around the toilet, sink and bathtub were disgusting. 5. The hand soap provided was a bar of soup that had already been opened and looked used and dirty. 6. We got back to the hotel after a concert to multiple cops there and many customers in the lobby because their keys were not working. There was no one on site to help. 7. Another couple we were with had what appeared to be a used firework on their toilet, 8. Bed bugs Moral of the story, this business should be permanently closed. Do not stay here ever. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Lobby was filthy, room was filthy. It had a very musty smell to it. It's the type of hotel that the closet door is a curtain rod. The non-smoking room had been smoked in especially in the bathroom where there were burn stains on the floor. We had a 2 night stay and checked out by 8am a day early.

Awful!!!!! The fridge was filthy, the bed was full of crumbs & had a stain, the carpet was dirty and had a dead bug, and there was a stink bug on my ceiling. The staff took two whole days to bring my beddings, after I had to ask for them more than once. And they didn’t strip the bedding before I got the room. Extremely disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

While clean, the room was dated. The carpet was horribly stained throughout the room. Walls in desperate need of paint (scraped and peeling paint). Old fixtures in bathroom with buildup on them. Old appliances, refrigerator barely cooled down our drinks (would never put food in it) and no in-room Coffee maker or Coffee. The "grab and go" breakkfast options were a joke... had to go out to eat. The BIGGEST shock was discovering there was no toilet paper in our bathroom! It was discovered too late. Went to the desk to get a roll and was told NO ONE had toilet paper! They were out and waiting for an order.
