Walked into the lobby and was hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Got into the elevator and the light was flickering and the doors banged and knocked hard to where we didnt feel great about riding the elevator. Came off the elevator and was hit with the overwhelming smell of smoked marijuana. Got into the room and it smelled moldy, laid in the bed and there were brown/red stains on the sheets and then on the towels. Scheduled three nights, stayed two and left having been refused a refund for the third night so we paid for double hotels on the third night on 8 rooms. Manager was rude and disrespectful and just wanted to argue. Stay away from this one

This Hotel is clean, quiet, and the stuff was friendly. For the price, well worth it. My room was spacious, refrigerator was big, lots of storage for clothing. I would recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again.

There's a strip club located next to the property. There also was 30 furniture with stains filthy dirty stains in the chair and the rugs wouldn't have seals, bathroom, mold, very bad condition.

Bed bugs blood on sheets hotel was nasty all the furniture was dirty and spotted up o complained to the manager and the lady that was working they refused to give me money back and was mad because I spoke on it the manager Hentel was very rude

Very outdated and floors were caving in. Also I was locked out of my room several times. I literally heard every noise from people talking to the toilet flushing to showers running..Not as peaceful as I’d hope.

The room was what you would expect for that low price of $127. The desk chair and the cloth covered room chair were badly stained, could use a lot of cleanup. The desk chair was also broken, could not adjust its height. Room was slightly noisy because it faced the expressway. Outside grounds appeared to be well kept. Continental breakfast could have been better. Most of the food choices were pre-processed products like artificial eggs, cereal, and sausages. The front desk person was very professional and friendly.

While it was only a few hundred feet from one of the busiest roads in America, the constant hum was ok and lent itself as white noise. Because of the location, I'm sure they don't get a lot business. Too bad, it's a great place!

Really enjoyed the woman working when I checked in! It was late and her shift was nearly over, though on her own, she was extremely helpful and incredibly pleasant! Overall her beautiful, positive spirit made my 3 day stay with my family wonderful!

At check in the hotel said they didn’t have our reservation….not sure who’s fault this was but I had the confirmation # and email and paid through hotels.com. They then charged me $80 more for the only room left that we already had reserved. Hotels.com resolved the issue but we were pretty upset as we would’ve had no where to stay. The room was clean and nice but I wouldn’t stay again because of the experience.

Water shot out of bathroom vent (likly sewage) from an overflowing toilet upstairs. Hotel at 2am in the morning did not come check it out when I reported. Then in the morning 6 hours later looked at it after I CHECKED OUT AND DID NOT BELIEVE ME. Only offered partial refund of around $35. Very poor General manager started yelling at me when I said the County Board of Health needs to look into it. SAD! I will note two days while there were fine - the last day Horrible real nightmare !

Front desk lady literally called the cops on me and wouldnt check me in. She did this because she saw my last name on my ID and the name I put on the reservation were different. However i had a receipt and email confirmations. Absolutely awful experience for being 1k+ miles away from home. She also lied to me about her name

This was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. We stayed for two days and the room was not cleaned. Evidently there is a policy that the customer has to request a room to be cleaned if they are there more than one day. When we asked why our room wasnt cleaned the desk person pointed to a sheet of paper taped to the window at the check in desk that said we had to request it. At the same time the clerk said "I though you could read"......Very Insulting.We will never stay at this hotel chain again.

We paid for room in advance. Upon arrival we were told the properties policy is to charge a $50 deposit to your credit card to cover possible damage to the room and that it would be returned to our card within 2 weeks based on our bank. There was nothing about this when making reservations. Also, we were told to park in the back and that our key would open the outside door. It did not work. Went back to the desk and she said other people have told me that.. just go out that way now and prop it when you unload….

Hotel is decent, breakfast is passable. Too much late night parking lot noise and activity, possibly due to being immediately next door to a Gentlemen's Club! I know they can't help that but multiple car alarms going off between 2:00-3:00 AM do not lead to peaceful sleep. Bed was good, room was clean.

This hotel was conveniently located about 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino which was the reason for our visit. The room and property were clean and quiet. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. My only complaint would be that it’s located right next door to a gentleman’s club so probably not a great hotel for a family with young kids. I would probably stay again if in the area.

For $175 a night this place was gross. The only thing they offered for breakfast were some very dry biscuits and a bowl of lumpy, gray, gravy. They had the regular things every hotel is required to have at breakfast: waffle maker, 2 types of stale cereal, hard boiled eggs, dollar store mini muffins, and one type of yogurt. I paid $175 for a decent stay. This was anything but that. In the room I found some black crap rubbed on my bathing towel. The floor looked like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. Everything looks like it was wiped down with a paper towel. Their photos look nothing like the rooms. The sheets on the bed were pilling at the bottom where previous stayers had scratched their toenails on the sheets. I went to check in at the front desk here was the exchange. Me: “hi I am here to check in” her: “ I doubt that because we are fully booked, do you have a reservation?” Me: “yeah… I do actually….” For such a jank place I was surprised there were “fully booked”
