No towel bars in bath to dry the 2 towels per room. Bathroom floor was filthy and white shower curtain was brown on bottom. Sofa was shot, cushions down to bottom. Rooms need updating. Advertising Should state hotel has two floors but NO elevator. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Upon checking in the desk person didnt even say hello. Just asked for DL.and ins card. Room was dingy. Outdoor pool closed. Property is in no way as advertised The gazebo area !!!! In ad, it is in a plush green area . In reality, it is dirt and no trees at all

The front desk refused to move us to another room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. They also wouldn’t send anyone to clean the room—so we had to go to Walmart and buy a lint roller to clean the sheets ourselves. The issues didn’t stop there. The shower barely had enough water pressure to function, and there’s no elevator for the second floor, so be prepared to carry everything upstairs. The building itself looks like it hasn’t seen fresh paint since the 1970s, and the walls have a permanent nicotine-stained haze that gives the whole place a run-down, smoky feel. The worst part? Around 3am, someone in the next room either slammed into the wall or threw someone against it, hard enough that our headboard shifted 3 to 4 inches. I could list more problems, but hopefully this is enough for you to make your decision.

Clean, recently remodeled I think but the tub was not replaced and showing wear. HVAC unit was quiet. Shower heads were high but water pressure was low and I was on the first floor. Over all not bad for the price. I would stay there again.

My only complaint was that the room door, 122 wouldn't close all they way. Unlike most hotel doors that are self closing, this one you literally had to close the door by the handle or it wouldn't lock. My first night back 😪 came back to a room that's gone could have entered. It looked closed but was not.

The staff does not understand the laws about service dogs. They tried asking for papers/proof that he was a service dog (it’s not required, but he was even wearing his vest), said that we had to change our room because pets were only allowed in a certain location, and they continued to refuse us our original rooms until we were asking about how to get a refund and bringing up my dads cat allergies and anaphylactic shock (thankfully he did not come inside until everything was ready). Ignoring the fact that a service dog is not considered a pet. We noticed that they did a poor job at cleaning when we entered our room

Friendly easy checkin. The woman at the front was very friendly and polite. The place was pretty quiet over all, no issues. This is our 2nd time staying in the last couple yrs. The man at the front desk checked the person in behind me, was so rude to him. I felt really bad because the guy was an older vet with his service dog, and his wife and the man behind the counter was so obviously anti-dog he actually kept interrupting my check in to ask about the other guys dog. The dog was harmless, and the man was not doing anything wrong . Don’t allow dogs in your hotel if you don’t like dogs . And he then turned on me and asked me if I had a dog they charged my card two dollars. The whole thing was pretty weird. It’s a clean facility except the breakfast bar has really disgusting lids on the cereal and not actually breakfast .

This hotel had great service. Understand what you are paying for, we just got a basic king room for an overnight sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we did not have any issues whatsoever. It’s not the most modern and up to date, but a nice spot to rest our heads for few hours. It were convenient to the care facility we were visiting. Restaurants were close by. The room appeared to have had water damage at some point, but smelled fine. Would have appreciated breakfast to go later than 9 am on weekdays. At 9:01 they wee already cleaning up. We went out for breakfast. Breakfast on Sunday was okay. Nothing special.

Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had been previously used. Spots on the bed covering on the one bed. Stains on carpeting outside the door. Curtains would not stay completely closed. Breakfast was very minimal. Biscuits and gravy were both cold. Apple juice had ice diluting it, No orange juice. Pool was not opened.
