Booked this specific hotel due to the heated pool the kids could use. Day before the trip we received an email saying pool hours and what to expect. Checked into the hotel… pool is “under construction” No where was this noted, we were not notified and the rude lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful. False advertisement!

Nice reasonably priced hotel. The staff was very nice, amenities were good (pool, lobby, breakfast), and beds comfortable.i would stay here again for those reasons. The rooms are in need of an update. But if you ar ok with scratches on the doors and general need of a paint touch ups, this place will meet your needs.

The staff were all great; very friendly. The room was dirty, very dirty. Limes on the floor. Trash left everywhere. There was a pill on the ground. Updates are needed, holes the fridge was missing a leg and falling over. I would give a 1 star but like I first stated the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that kept me from asking for a refund the moment we walked into our smelly unmade room was the front desk clerk trying so hard to accommodate us. The next room smelled as bad but at least we had what seemed like clean bedding.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and my 12 year old child let me know we wouldnt be staying again. The crusty puke leftovers on the elevator that had been there for the entire 3 days, the flooded pool area with broken chairs, oh and the over abunance of weed smell walking to the lobby at 6am was a bit much. The 3 times of having to clarify with the front desk because i couldnt get a straight answer each time was also not not worth what I paid. Shower was gross.

My check in process was done on a kiosk with a virtual employee and so incredibily loud that everyone on the lobby was able to hear all of my personal information. The room is very outdated, dirty and smells badly enough that I had to go to the store to buy room deoderizer. The bathroom door has so much dirt and fingerprints on it I won't evwn touch it to close it. There is dirt and crumbs on the floor beside the bed and the furniture is so scratched and dinged up it looks like it was picked up from a second hand store. I went to the front desk to ask for a pen and they asked gave me one saying they only had 2 so please bring it back. I left the pen. The carpets in the halls and main stair way are dirty with lots of lint on them.

There was mold on my shower curtain. My curtains had holes in them and they were extremely dirty. The fridge was not the right size for the space so every time you opened it, it would come away from the wall. Very old dirty microwave in room, that berry worked. Long line to check in.

This Best Western is very outdated. The beds are uncomfortable, curtains dirty, water pressure low and the hot water wasn’t really that hot. The shower also made a screeching sound when you turned the water all the way on hot. I had 2 rooms and 1 of them had a cigarette smell so strong! It was disgusting. I will say the front desk staff was nice. If youre looking for just a quick stay this BW will do, just don’t expect very much comfort

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms could use updating. Nails were popping out of Sheetrock, light inside of entry to room did not work. Room lighting was poor, noise from outside came through windows, noticed smell of marijuana drifting into room from outside or another room. Beds very uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.

The property was centrally located to the highway which was good. The hotel was clean but could use an update the furniture is dated, otherwise fairly decent besides patrons walking very hard all night in the halls on the second and third floors.

I really loved the room and what came in the room for how much we paid for it it. What i did not like is that in room 109 where we stayed for 1 night, we noticed that the room light flickers of and on several times before it is turning of but otherwise awesome!

The staff was very pleasant and personable. Any request or question got an immediate response. When you talked to them, they were genuinely sincere. Everything in the whole building looked new, except the microwave in our room, which worked fine, but look very, very old. The size of the room was slightly smaller than many places we go, so it appeared the building was slightly older from that, but we had plenty of room. Also, the price was and location were great for us! No complaints, lots of praise! Stayed 6 nights!

staff was extremely disrespectful. found dog food spread through the room and bugs in the bed. the manager said he’d clean it and i had waited for 30 minutes in the lobby with small children. it was a horrible experience. they would not provide me with corporates number or their names either.

We stayed Monday-Saturday and only had housekeeping once. Front desk employees were very helpful in getting us clean towels, trashbags, coffee, and toiletries. However, daily housekeeping is supposed to come with the room.

The Wonderful General Manager Kim, and the Lovely Lady in the breakfast room, Deb, made my stay so warm and comfortable that I felt like I was saying goodbye to family when I checked out. Fort Wayne struck it rich with these two ladies, I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more, anywhere. I will definitely be back.

Front desk person was friendly, but did not offer up information unless asked then, for example she new nothing about how the off site room service worked. Vip perks at the hotel for members. I leave at 6:30 in morning for work so was unable to do even a grab and go breakfast item because doors weren't open yet. I've stayed at BW south in fort wayne and staff were way more helpful and also at the one in louiseville,KY airport.

The location was very close to Allen County memorial where our concert was. We didnt get a chance to we didnt get a chance to swim but the pool looked small. The beds were very firm. But the pillows were very fluffy.

We stayed here just one night on our roadtrip. The hotel has a convenient location with restaurants and bars just a short drive away. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Everyhting was really clean. I also had a chance to use the nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good.
