DO NOT STAY HERE! My room had BED BUGS! I’m a physician who was staying in town for work. I stayed here for two nights, and when I woke up the second morning I found two live bed bugs crawling in my bedding. I caught them in a water bottle and brought them to the front desk. He confirmed thats what he thought it was and seemed completely unphased, noting that he’d worked in the industry for a long time and that it wasn’t his first time seeing them. I told him i wanted a manager and a refund but he said they wouldn’t be in until after 7am, at what time i’d be gone. The person over night offered no solution or help This is the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I thought I was safe because the reviews on here were good and reassuring and it was “Marriott”, but this was not the case.

I made my reservation a month in advance and requested a king suite for my stay since I was going to be staying several days and wanted to be comfortable and not just have a desk chair and a bed when I was back in the room. When I went to check-in I was informed there were no king suites available and got stuck in a King ADA room that had a musky odor. I paid for a king suite even thou I was in a king ADA room which I am not pleased with

The pool wasn't available in 95° weather. The fitness center is extremely minimal with 2 treadmills and a elliptical machine. Breakfast was very basic with cold eggs and potatoes.

Our daughter said the eggs were discolored, and there was no cereal at all for our grandson. Also, the only milk was skim milk! For a 7-year old? When she asked the person in charge of breakfast, she got no explanation, just “No’s!” Our daughter’s conclusion was that breakfast was terrible, not up to Marriott standards. I walked down and looked at the buffet to confirm her comments. Not only were there empty chafing dishes, but the credenza was very messy looking as well. So we went went out for breakfast.
