Staff was great, hotel was convenient and had decent amenities. We got a room with a kitchen but there was hardly any supplies. No sponge or dish soap, no spatulas therefore being able to actually make food was tough.

The design of the bathroom is excellent! The kitchen is big, it has a large fridge with freezer, microwave, etc. There is a large living room in addition to the bedroom. It is a real suite. There are carts to transport the luggage. The parking is easy. Great service! Great people! I found the thermostat in the suite on 74 F. Excellent!

The waffle batter was thin. There was some gross sausage, eggs, old looking beans and a tortilla. The room was dirty. The hotel smelled like a dirty sock. The elevator doesnt have a motion sensor and IT WILL CLOSE ON YOU! They should have paid me incidentals. After today, i am done with any Hampton Inn.

This is a very nice place. The rooms are large and very well accommodated. Breakfast is light fare. If you’re sensitive to road noise have them put you on the back side of the hotel. Plenty of parking. Easy on and off the freeway and nice location.

Access is unmarked driveway off of frontage road, a little confusing - but very clean property and room. Staff was very personable and friendly. I do not normally eat the included food, but there were no restaurants easily accessible so I tried - and the food was actually pretty decent and healthy.

There was a roach in my room and i was horrified to see it. I was told this place was top notch in cleanliness and now i see it was a lie. The girl andrea at the front was extremely helpful and nice and was the only part of my stay that was good.

the bathtub was stained big time and rusted.... the furniture is old or not taking care of at all... dusty and disappointing conditions. definitely not worth the cost.... also am extremely disappointed to learn now/ later that what was quoted and charged were $50 difference. i am shocked !

We used to stay at this Hampton and it was very clean. The shower in our room looks dirty white, it had rust on the floor and it didn't seem very clean. In our room behind a bed we found a piece of chicken. When we went to get breakfast the tables where dirty.

The hotel room was a suite and it was clean and very spacious. The pillows and mattress were just ok. It’s important to note they DO NOT accept cash and they clean rooms EVERY OTHER day, NOT DAILY. The front desk staff could have been much friendlier. The property is well kept and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the airport.

Very nice people! I loved that when I walked in my room on the TV screen it said welcome and my name! They also offer to go breakfast bags. Very hospitable! They were very accommodating with my service dogs.
