Everything was great, with the exception of the restroom. Shower tile and grout are white so the orange-ish color of new mold or grime or whatever it was throughout the shower was VERY noticeable. Only stayed one night but for that reason decided NOT to shower at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Conveniently located downtown. However I’ve stayed a couple of times and the rooms weren’t super clean. Dirt on the walls and floor, smudges on the drinkware… Most of the outlets in the room were non-working. Pretty disappointing. The Sabor restaurant is very good. Highly recommend. Also the spa onsite was a bonus! The massage was fantastic.

Very welcoming staff. We were greeted while still in our car trying to decide where to park. The man asked if we wanted valet or self and gave us instructions. We checked in and stayed for three nights. We had a king room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed and bedding luxurious. The downtown area has a lot to explore. The restaurants are plentiful and the architecture on the buildings is something to research.

My stay was fine, at check in we were promised comp parking and some credits to a restaurant in the hotel. I never asked for anything so I was happy to hear we were getting some extra perks. When I finally asked for the credits no one seemed to know what i was talking about so that was disappointing. At the time of checkout, I asked about the parking and again no one seemed to know anything about it. I would have rather not know about the extra perks rather than being disappointed. Our room seemed to be below one of the bars so we could hear music until 2am

An issue during my stay was the breakfast I paid for on the Hotels.com app when booking. After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge. On checking out, I had to wait a while while the front desk and restaurant straightened things out. Throughout, the hotel and restaurant people were very courteous and professional. However, this seems like a system glitch. Way to much off putting rigmarole for this level of hotel. Breakfast was good but left something of a bad taste.

I had a delayed check-in by about 4 hours. I'm not certian if a supervisor intervened, but the initial reception staff insisted the room was being cleaned and I needed to wait a bit more. Another receptionist, with different uniform advised the person assisting me they could give me another room. That person helped and I got my room.

Check-in was easy. The lobby is very pretty. The room was large and well appointed. Dinner at Sabor was a little pricey, but delicious. There wasn’t much to do in the area (without a car). Locals are familiar with this hotel and all highly recommend it. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is walking distance from the El Paso Convention Center. I stayed there for a conference and the location was very convenient for me. The hotel is very nice on the outside, and it’s even nicer on the inside. The room service was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant there is very good too. Very over priced hotel. Was very beautiful hotel and nice rooms but when we checked in they told us free breakfast in the morning ok so in the morning we go have breakfast. As we were leaving even our server said breakfast was free. But when we go to check out the front desk tells us its not free and its 67 bucks for a very nasty cheap breakfast coffee was trash just the whole breakfast wasn't worth 67 bucks. Again very beautiful hotel but bad communication between employees and not worth the 360 price for a room a night. DONT GET THE BREAKFAST UNLESS YOU WANNA PAY RIDICULOUS
