Hotel is not updated and old appearing room. Charges for parking but it is just ordinary outdoor parking around the perimeter of hotel. The parking lot is pitch black at night without any lighting or apparent security.

The property had a great outdoor space, lobby l, bbq area, and the rooms are esthetically nice and up to date. They did not once come and take out my trash or clean my room in the whole 5 days I was there. The thermostat on the room I stayed in the top floor would not go down past 76 when I mentioned it they did not do anything about it. In my whole stay the pool was not cleaned and the water in the pool got dirtier. I like the ambiance of the hotel and the convenience to all the restaurants on Belt Line Rd and Quorum Rd but the cleanliness of this hotel is very poor.

Clean updated hotel. Pool area is nice because there is covered patio next to it. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms clean, tons of hot water and good shower heads. Room stayed cool. Only thing I wished for would be hotel bar would stay open all during the day. Loved that they have a Starbucks! Easy check in and out. There is so much to eat or do right around this hotel.

When we checked in Ashley took care of us. She was very welcoming and friendly. Prices in the bar and restaurant was very expensive. We chose to eat breakfast outside of the hotel as there are available options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was great - it seems like it was a little understaffed for the ladies working at the counter at times. Also, it was odd that the bar was not restocked in the evening. It seems like there were a lot of business people there for work trips, and the two nights I was there, people came to the bar and wanted a drink to unwind, but the selecte was limited the first day, then almost non-existent the 2nd day. Might want to consider more options and restocking each day to help bring that money back in from people willing to spend it!

The shower in the room I stayed in was pulling back from the wall and there were dirty towels in it. Also, I’m unsure if this hotel just doesn’t do maid service or if you opt out for points but I wouldn’t know because the front desk staff didn’t let me know when I checked in. Checking was good, parking was good. Lobby looked clean. Elevator was kinda tattered. Hotel was far from booked. My room was not updated, fixtures were dusty, sink handle was broken #519. Tub was not clean and did not drain. Exterior window as dirty so no view of the pool. Tv was difficult to adjust.

Appreciate the housekeeping staff actually letting me sleep until checkout, very kind. Front desk staff was good. Only issue was loud neighbors coming in and out late night on Saturday, and I saw a small roach in the bathroom when I woke up so I didn’t extend.

The staff were great! It was pretty quiet, except when everyone got up early and slammed their doors. The bed was comfy. It did get hot at night and I'm not sure why. The air conditioner turned off without cooling the room to the temp I wanted,so I just shut if off and turned it back on about 3 times a night. Now let's talk about the $50 a day "incidental" charge. I thought maybe their was a mini bar with snacks or something. But NO! It's just a greedy grab for more of your money. I liked the hotel, but I will not stay there again.

Our door was mishung so badly that light streamed in from the hall. We had to use towels to try and block the light. We had a stained towel and our air conditioner did not cool well. The bed was comfortable. It just felt like an aging property. The front desk was friendly!

Very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Friendly. The only suggestion I have is that someone needs to be at the front desk all the time. We got ready to check out, there was no one there. We called the number left at the desk for assistance but no one answered. There were several guests there trying to check out while we were there. I would loved to have my receipt in paper form.

I could NOT get any hot water in the sink. I was able to get hot water in the shower but did NOT like the shower head. The pillows were flat and mushy and not comfortable...there were many of them which was nice but uncomfortable. The curtains would not close properly, the string to pull them close was broken and I had a difficult time. I did really like the TV setup and how you can go to your own Netflix setup using your phone. I also liked the coffee setup, it was decent coffee and easy to make.

Front desk staff really nice from the check in to the check out. Any time I had questions, they were happily answered. Night front desk clerk (young black lady) was really nice. Due to me being from out of town she gave me so many recommendations and great information about the surrounding area. She really motivated me to relocate here. She provided me with fresh towels and directed me to the cafe to get ice. Cafe lady was pleasant too. I don’t know if it was just the room I had or if all the rooms are the same but it was so quiet. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I appreciated housekeeping not waking me up in the morning to service room. The only con I had about the room, was the small fridge and no microwave. The location was close to everything I planned to visit during my stay. I would definitely book at this hotel again as I explore the area that fits me and my family.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The room was fine and the environment was mostly comfortable. However, I did run into an issue with the front desk staff that needs improvement. During my last stay, there were some loud guests slamming doors and stomping in the hallways late at night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but more than once they answered and just put the phone on hold without saying anything. At one point, I even saw staff members in the back corner of the lobby, seemingly avoiding the calls. I understand things can get busy, but customer service should be a priority—especially when guests are trying to report disturbances. If the staff could work on being more responsive, especially at night, this would be a much better experience overall.

I waited about one hour trying to check-in at 1AM (!!!) as apparently the system was down and the front desk woman was utterly hopeless. The rest of the staff was quite arrogant during the stay except Joanna, the lady at the bar/counter who was very nice and professional. One day maybe Marriott will have doors that are closing/locking without slamming as guest do not think about others tranquility. Such systems do exist...

I woke up at 1:30AM to find a very large rat in my bathroom. I called front desk, and she brought me a keycard for another room about 10 minutes later. When I went down at 4:30AM to checkout and go to the airport, the front desk person was sound to sleep on the sofa. I waited for about 15 minutes for my Uber, received a phone call that rang out loud and she still didn't know I was there. I have reached out to hotel management by phone and email and have had no response.

I had a great stay, no complaints. Bed was extremely comfortable. Only thing, I did not realize that breakfast was not free. I did still order, my breakfast bistro sandwich was delicious. My waitress was nice as well. I would go back for sure.
