Had a car full of kids excited to swim at the pool as promised in the reservation and materials. Arrived and pool was closed for renovation. No accommodation made, materials online and on paperwork handed to me bragged about the pool (that was closed). Basically no notice, no apology, nothing done to compensate/make it right.

The pool- our reason for staying- was open, but obviously under updating & repairs. No hot tub access which sucks after a day filled with hiking. Breakfast didnt open until after we were gone which also sucks.

The hotel was great but when I booked it through Expedia, it stated there was a pool and hot tub. When I got there I was advised that they were closed for renovation even though they were mentioned as some of the amenities on Expedia.

Except for the current Reno going on (pool,jacuzzi) this was a top notch BW hotel. King room was very roomy w separate living space of couch, chair and coffee table. Big bathroom and two sinks (one located outside the bathroom). Very clean facilities and….hot freshly made breakfast as in eggs/omelette made to your liking!! Location just off the interstate so convenient in that regard. We had a room on parking side so a little noisy with ppl coming and going but not overly bad. Would return here if travelling this way.

We requested a 1st floor room but we were told because we booked thru a 3rd party we would have to take a 2nd floor room and there were no elevators. We were told the first floor rooms were for “their” customers who booked thru their site. We went to the back end of the hotel to get to our room - went up the stairs only to find the only way to our room was thru the front. Down the stairs - up the stairs again. Did I mention my husband & I are 80 & 79 respectively? The hallway carpets and room carpets were dirty. The only way to charge a phone was with a plug-in cube. Our chargers are for USB. Front desk wouldn’t even check to see if they had one we could use. I could go on but space is limited. Never again will we stay at Best Western!

Pool was closed, asked if it would be open the next day and they said no it’s been closed for 4 months! Should be on the website! Or told when calling for a reservation. TV did not work, called the front desk, told us not sure what’s wrong, try this, if doesn’t work do know what to tell you!

Very thing was great. Wish they would have posted the pool was closed as that’s why we picked there for the night driving through. Not that big of an issue but had some sad kids as there wasn’t anything else to do there.

Behind the hotel is a trucker's parking lot that had broken down trucks and this made me feel uneasy. When I requested more toiletries the front desk person told me to come on down stairs and get them. The ice/water machine had no water when i pointed this out to an employee he said yeah I know but you can buy bottled water from the desk??? The carpet in the room felt "muddy" so to speak we put down the bathroom towels on the floor to walk to and from the bathroom.

It has been a while since I was impressed by a hotel but this one did. It’s old and you can tell, but the rooms are so clean and nice. It’s pet friendly which I always have to stay in as I have 2 pups. Usually the pet rooms are run down, little smelly, and you can always find pet hair. BUT there was none of that here. Everything was super clean and smelled fresh. Check in was amazing. Clerk was over the top friendly, helpful, and offered me extra water bottles when I said I was looking for somewhere to buy extra. The complimentary breakfast had a fresh egg your way grill and my scramble and waffle were delicious. We will stay here again when coming through.

Beautiful lobby. Rooms are older. Dirty towels left in the hallway, garbage cans overflowing, not enough pool towels. Great breakfast. 2 floors no elevator.

No onsite manager (took 15 minutes to check in), cold water didn’t work, sheets were stained, very loud (almost like next door neighbor was in our room - also lots of street noise). Positive things: well lit, bathrooms were redone though no cold water in the sink, parking close. I’d give it a 2.5 if I could.

This was one of the most affordable place to stay, yet the service was one of the best!! The room was spacious and clean, they had a cook that will make your eggs and pancakes, Walmart and McDonald was right by it, and close to the waterfalls we wanted to visit! We will come back again for sure!!!

My one complaint about this otherwise fine hotel is the WiFi. It is overly complicated for iOS devices to use. There are multiple steps to even access a login page. I could not get it to work and it took the front desk guy about 10 minutes with multiple attempts to get me logged in. In 2023, WiFi access should not be this archaic.

Worst bed ever. I’m sure like 4 elephants slept in my bed for 20 years before I got there. How is there a hard mountain peak in between the 2 sides bottomless back wrecker sides. You could smell the chlorine from the pool outside…does that indicate lots of kids peeing in the pool? Or grown ups? Did I mention the bed from 1983?

It was a good stay overall. Pros: room was nice and quiet, able to sleep just fine. breakfast was good. Cons: 1) if you like hashbrowns with your eggs, they do not serve them on the weekends, so I was somewhat disappointed. need something to go with the eggs. 2) my only other complaint was that if you want housekeeping and I LOVE housekeeping, it must be by request. I realize that many hotels do this now, but I've always found it written somewhere in the room that you must request this, OR, that they ask you when you check-in. they never asked when I checked in. 3) actually I have another complaint. when I phoned them from my room and told them that housekeeping had missed my room and they said it was by request, I mentioned that I had garbage to be dumped, needed more toiletries and towels, they made me come down to the front desk to pick up everything. wasn't happy with that. when this happened in another hotel, they came up with everything and took my garbage, so this hotel could use a change with that policy. I might stay here again but I might go somewhere else too.

Got there early hotel empty refused to give early check in so waited all day in lobby an at check in time they check another lady in finally got to me by 3:10 I was so tired an so disappointed I even offered to pay for early check in Room smelled like cig smoke carpet stunk

I was participating in a dog show (a scentwork trial) in Jerome and stayed at the Best Western there. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient to places to shop. There is a McDonalds right across the parking lot, which worked for me. Check-in and check-out were both easy and quick. And, of course, dogs are allowed, which is great.

Under construction, but still a great place to stay. Walmart across the street and five food places within a 5 minute walk! We love the breakfast... the made-to-order omelettes are a magnificent touch!

Great Stay - we were only there for about 10 hours, but it was good. Parking was a little tough and we had to park in McDonald's parking lot - but it was close enough and we were fine! Made to order eggs was excellent for my kiddos!

This was a basic, clean and generally good Best Western with nice beds and good pillows. But honestly I was shocked when the breakfast was amazing! There was someone making omlettes, french toast and pancakes to order, and with a fab array of toppings. Stay here. It's really worth staying here!

The room has bad smell. Then breakfast is the worst I have ever seen. I went down at 8, and hot food are empty, except the sausage. Not even serve scramble eggs. Ask them if they have any. They said it will be ready in couple of minutes. But still not served in 30 minutes, and the plate is still empty as 30 minutes ago. So I was only eat some sausage as my hot breakfast on that day.

Pros: best hotel breakfast you’ll ever have! Eggs/waffles, pancakes, French toast made to order with all the topping you could want. Hot tub for relaxing and Large swimming pool open 24 hours a day!! Friendly staff, clean room Large smart tv in room Affordable vending machine snacks Cons: shower head was tiny and you have to hold it while you shower No shampoo provided to us (only conditioner) Pillows were tiny and square so not comfortable bedding. The hot tub only fits 3 people max so you have to wait your turn to use it. Room smelled weird.
