What guests think

At EverSpring Inn & Suites, guests frequently praise the friendly, accommodating staff and comfortable beds, while feedback is mixed on cleanliness and maintenance, with reports ranging from very clean rooms to noticeable odors, mold, and fixture issues.

The hot tub is a recurring problem—often closed, not bubbling, or struggling to stay warm—though the pool is generally usable, and there is no elevator. Breakfast receives mixed feedback: hot options and the pancake machine are appreciated, but items sometimes run out and quality varies by day. The decor in the rooms is nice but a hodgepodge. It’s one of those motels that has been updated recently enough for things to be fresh and clean but you can tell the work wasn’t professional. Picture included. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean. Beds super nice. Would stay here again. They have the full range of hot and cold hotel fare for breakfast. Hot tub hot. The total temp in the pool area was too warm though. Happy to find a hot tub however, they are few and far between. Quiet. Nice area.

Pretty average in most ways. Breakfast was your usual continental fare. Just wish I could have had oatmeal. They had the packets but no hot water. Had to settle for eggs and toast. Very disappointed there was no elevator for 2-75 yr olds with luggage. While the girl at the desk offered to help, I could tell she was busy so I declined. And we lugged it all downstairs ourselves again at checkout. No one seemed to have any information about the Tulip Festival in Pella which I found shocking. It's the biggest event of the year in the area and no one seemed to have much knowledge of it. I was expecting brochures and directions but was left to wing it on our own.

We have seen at this hotel numerous times and this is the first time that the pool and hot tub were ever open. My husband got in the hot tub and basically said it was hot water in the tub, but it was not bubbling like a jacuzzi. We didn't use the gym.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and yes I checked for bedbugs before taking anything in. Check in was the easiest check in I ever had. We were worried about noise levels as there was a large group with kids but we didn't have an issue. The breakfast the first day was great the 2nd day not so great. I guess breakfast is hit or miss. The hot tub had issues staying warm. But the pool was great, we enjoyed it. We used the fitness center enjoyed that as well.

Was dog turd on the floor by the HVAC unit, carpets hadn't been vacuumed, bed linens hadn't been changed. One bed had dirt in it when we pulled back the sheets. The other bed had some sort of sweat or urine stain. Toilet seat was spattered with urine. Bathroom sink faucet handle had what looked like snot on it. They got us a new room, had clean linens and no poop on the floor. Still not great but we slept and got the heck out in the morning! Won't ever go back!!

Mold at base of window from heavy condensation/humidity and who knows what, the rooms and place smelled bad and was unhealthy. Dirty, hair all over bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and floor. Adjoining rooms and no elevator. Limited parking, and lots of pot being smoked outside in parking lot with working crews partying every night. Wasn’t great for young child and family. Staff was beyond great though! They deserve better resources and a better place to manage and work for.

This property was clean and the overall staff were very accommodating. One disappointment we had was on our second day they ran out of pancake mix and our 5 year old grandson could not make his pancakes, which was a bummer because he is a picky eater and it was something fun for us to make our own. The best part of my stay was the shower head. Breakfast was sub-par, out of this, out of that. Had to constantly ask for items that were not out. ie: butter, waffle batter, apple juice. I asked the desk clerk for one additional towel. Was met with the reply, "we're out of towels". Came back that night, asked another desk clerk and was politely handed a towel.
