Great hotel right off the highway (bit far enough away there isn’t any noise). Tesla charger on site- a bonus for us. We had our dog with us and we were given a room with easy outside access. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Upon check in we learned the hot tub and pool were shut down and out of service. This was one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. The attendant gal, was not super friendly and all she stated was "well, you can cancel your reservation". After driving all day, that was also not what we wanted, to hunt for another hotel.

This property is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was awesome and room set up great. My only complaint would be that the curtains did not close all the way so light streamed in the early morning and no there was no shade to pull down. The pool did not seem to be heated and the hot tub jets were very weak.

We had a king bed suite with a pullout couch on the first floor close to an outside door & no carpeting. Bed was very comfortable, had plenty of towels & was really quiet. The parking lot was full of trucks, each taking 2-3 spots. This left little parking for others. When I got to my room, the door was propped open. The room was not cleaned well, with dust in the corners and smears in the bathroom. The furniture was ripped and stained. I went to use to bathroom and found a nasty hair ball in it.

I don't mind paying a pet deposit for our little dog, but I do mind that the room that we stayed in smelled of urine and was not clean as far as the floor goes. The pet deposit is non-refundable but what about when the room reeks of pet urine from another pet? Maring this place off our list for sure.

We stopped in on a way home for a night stay. The room was nice. Soft pillows, soft bed, hot water. The only issue we had is the room was pretty hot when we got in. It took about 3 hours to cool it to a comfortable temp, and it basically ran the rest of the night to keep it there, mind you this is the mid of January, but I like my room around 68 for us and our dog. The AC unit was loud and made noises which made it hard to fall back asleep when waking up. But honestly it could have been a different circumstance if we got a different room. It was clean and close to a few choices of food. May give it another shot in the future.

We stayed in room 218, which is a bigger room with 2 full sized beds(not Queen). The inside bed was 18 inches from a wall that has the guest laundry room. A guest was doing laundry so we were kept awake past midnight, which was very frustrating and tiring in the morning for an early wake up time needed. The pullout couch was like most and was not comfortable at all. We ended up sleeping in the seat cushions on top in their normal position.

Didn't get to stay they refused myself, my daughter and her friends for a bday sleepover stay then tried to charge me a $250 deposit because we live under 50 miles away even though this hotel is literally almost 40 minutes from our home. Not only did I have a crying upset 9 year old and disappointed friends butthe clerk was disgustingly rude and even gave the children dirty looks. She definitely doesn't belong in a hospitality setting.

Outstanding facility. Our room was very clean. Tina at the front desk on our arrival was exceptional. Welcoming, efficient and anticipated our needs before we stated them. Breakfast was very nice and kept restocked and clean. There was a dog park by parking lot near our room. This was very convenient for early morning potty breaks for our fur babies.

Bad front desk service, No breakfast left at 9:45. Shut a door in my face, refused to prepare more, front desk no help. Just watched it. Asked for 12 check-out was told good. People beat on door 10:45, told them 12 was requested. Wife went to get cart keys would not work at 11:30, made was standing at door waiting on us with stares when we left at 11:50. The GM Heather it is impossible to contact her. Nice facility, just a rough and rude and noncustomer orientated staff. Will never stay again. Feel free to call for more details Troy Benitone. Room 209 on 8-23. 217-725-7565. I watched multiple people walk away disgusted from the breakfast service. Have time stamped photos if you care.
