Great place with alot of stuff to do. They have a heated pool, hot tub, a sauna, and also a little gaming area with a pool table and a handful of coin op games. The only bad part was that breakfast wasnt served early enough for myself to enjoy it but the rest of my family did and said it is really good. I will stay here again.

Access to the gym was amazing and was very unique in relationship to other hotels. Only complaint about the gym is there's no air conditioning/air flow and we wonder when the last time it was cleaned. Hotel is in a great location. Halls had no air circulation and a moldy smell, main restroom outside of the front lobby was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been washed in days. Billiard table and equipment aren't maintained. Breakfast was less than desirable--food had been left out for a long time, dated dining room. The new Mexican food restaurant next to the hotel was delicious.

The hotel was a bit outdated overall. My fridge did not work and my sink was not draining upon arrival. However the property manager was quick to address the issue. But what really makes up for this stay is the Gym. By Gawd, that Gym is immaculate! Full free weight selection, barbells, dumbbells and plate machines. Hands down the greatest hotel gyms of all time. It felt like a gym membership with a bonus hotel room.

Bathroom by pool had zero toilet paper both days we stayed. Ballard table charge to use but has no Que ball to play. Host tried to look for one but didn’t succeed. Race car game had jammed slots. Couldn’t play. Chips from vending machine were expired. Showerhead in ceiling fell down while using And the handhelds holder was already broken so it was just propped up in the shower.

This was a very large property. We had to walk to the adjoining building for breakfast and there were no eggs, but they had about everything else. The property had very many amenities ! Pool, hot tub, pool table, and more…

Great place. Mexican restaurant attached had amazing food and good prices. Pool and hot tub with sanaa in good condition. Arcade games were crap for the ones that worked. Didnt pay attention when we tried to play pool there were no balls. Room itself was nice and comfy. Plenty of on site parking. Nice workout room. Breakfast was basic but free.

Our kids loved the pool area! The pool was clean and the water was at a great temperature. The hot tub was hot, and the jets worked. Grandpa loved the dry sauna. Walking all the way to the breakfast and pool area from our rooms required using a skybridge on the fourth floor. It was a bit of a walk. We wished the hotel had rooms closer to the amenities. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was quiet and we all slept well.

Our stay was okay…not sure where the exceptional reviews come from because it’s far from that. The hotel has had updates but our shower was dingy. Two wet wash cloths were left hanging on the shower curtain frame . Nice pool / hot tub. AC was noisy in our room, but the rest of the hotel was quiet (only saw one other couple and the parking lot was empty on the Sunday night that we stayed. Breakfast was ok

I had an extreme disappointment with my recent reservation at your establishment. The property's condition significantly deviated from the advertised images and fell far short of expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness and safety. Upon arrival, the lobby floors were visibly soiled, and the parking area presented an unsanitary and unkempt appearance, with significant litter and an overpowering odor. Decent stay. Fine place to park yourself a few nights. Staff was courteous. It’s dated but you get what you pay for. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well - hairs left from last tenant. Hotel didn’t look cared for. Mirrors and sink were dirty. Window and mirrors in room dirty. Phone and remote were nasty. Walls in bathroom had stuff splashed that we don’t want to know what it was. Hair on floor and on sheets. Didn’t eat breakfast because we were unsure of the cleanliness. It may have been fine but we didn’t go in and check since we didn’t want to risk it. Was more expensive than the nicer and cleaner hotel we were at the night before. Couldn’t stay there due to availability.

There was trash in the hallways, not picked up 18 hours later and strung down the stairwell. Lobby was dank and musty smelling. Fans were out like they had water damage but the clerk said it was because it was hot. He was full of it because the carpet was soggy.

When we first arrived no staff was there to check in. The outside was rundown but the inside looks updated in most spots. The room was updated except for the bathroom. Bathrooms are very small. I did not have the free breakfast but one is available.

This hotel was nice and up to date. I stayed with 2 young kids and not once was I worried about the area of the location of the hotel. It did stink having to walk a whole building to get to the pool and breakfast area but we had an absolute blast and the beds were comfy. Bathroom was a tad small.

I had a room on the first floor and although the property looked nice, my room was not. Everything in the room felt damp; sheets, towels, even clothes in my suitcase. And the musty odor was horrible. Upon returning hone, I even had to wash my clean clothes to get rid of the odor. Would not recommend!!

The staff were beyond incredible. The manager upgraded us to a suite and when I asked where the ice machine was, she grabbed my bucket and ran to the kitchen and said that was faster. Property was clean, many amenities, quiet and safe. I would stay here in a heartbeat again.

The breakfast was not even a breakfast they gave you a frozen sandwich which you had to cook your self and they only had 2 options both with sausage. Was very disappointed. Also they didn’t have pool unlocked. Then it took them over an hour to reply to come unlock it

Very clean and quiet during my 4 night stay. Front desk staff are kind and attentive to needs. Room has a microwave and mini fridge. I traveled solo here and felt safe throughout stay. While i was visiting, a tornado alarm went off during storm and when i called Holly/Front Desk she sas so calm and kind while informing me a basement was there if i'd like to come down. Will absolutely come back next time I'm in the area. The restaurant is closed but they have plenty of restaurants closeby and the front office has fruit, water and cold beverages. Highly recommended.

Front desk was rude and unwilling to help when we mistakenly under booked for 1 day. Having a wedding to attend and being told that we needed to check out in (35mins) or pay double of our original booking price for a different room was inconsiderate, but at the time I understood, our mistake, we could figure it out. THEN after packing and checking out trying to find another hotel so we could dress for a wedding I see that BW plus Longbranch had rooms available at only $40 more that what we originally booked!!! Why weren't we offered these rooms? We stayed at this location for nearly a week! Never asking for room cleaning or other services. It's sad that there was no willingness to help, no compassion, nothing but 35 mins to check out. Simply rude. All of this could have been cleared if the checkin process was done properly by the way. If front desk would have noted "you're staying with us from 6/24-6/30" we would have caught the booking error and adjusted that day. Instead we just got our room key, voucher we never were able to use as we were saving it for Friday night, and map of the Hotel. Do better.

We waited for over twenty minutes to check in. Had to call the national number to try to get help. There was absolutely no one around. No staff. No directions to reach staff. No phone to call anyone. Rooms seemed clean but very old and outdated, but like recent renovations had been attempted. Won’t be back. Not worth the hassle.

Good location in town with a lot of restaurants nearby. The property is clean & easy to navigate. The breakfast is good for continental, and the area it is serviced is clean and spaced out. Unless you are in one of the pool-side rooms, you will need to either access it by walking outside to the back building or the 4th floor sky walk. Beds were alright, rooms spacious and area safe. Overall a good stay.

The hotel has a very unique shape to it, I wasn't sure if I was at the correct entrance or not, but I was. The hotel is a bit dated, but was convenient for a one-night stay. The pool and restaurant area are massive and would be worth checking out. Enjoyed the gold member perk of a dining certificate. The area around the property is surrounded by apartments that give off a weird vibe, but there is also a nice mall across the street. I didn't wander out alone but things seemed okay.

The hotels.com and Expedia description says it is adjacent to a golf course, adjacent means next to! This was my main reason for booking this hotel, the golf course was five miles away! The actual hotels description does not state that it is next to a golf course.

Everything seemed to be great. It would be nice if one of the restaurants opened for convenience, but there were others nearby. I heard a rumor of biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but there were none :(, but overall breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The breakfast was not good at all. The scrambled eggs were rubbery with hard chunks. The waffle makers (2) both were uncleaned and only burnt waffle mix to the machine. When I asked if they had the spray for the machine they would get it from kitchen and spray it without cleaning it first. One of the cooks actually said that they had a company that cleans the machines and they never come out to clean them anymore. We also asked what it meant since we were VIP guest when we checked in and the woman was confused and told us to ask in morning. So after our two day stay when checking out we asked again and they said we get nothing. And to check with the place that we booked through.

Wouldn’t go back. Lists 2 restaurants. 1 closed and 1 was only open 5 to 9. Toilet had mold in it. Water pressure was horrible. Outside of that it’s just an average older hotel with a few updates.

The hotel felt run down and vacant. We stayed on a Friday night. The staff at front desk was friendly and super helpful when we wanted a new room. The staff in the atrium was kind and offered to fix the darts and get us change. Breakfast was less than we had hoped for.

The staff is very nice. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast was only served till 9 but it was a delicious buffet. My room was updated and clean. It is very conveniently located by shopping and restaurants.

Convention hotel that does not have safes in room. And front desk didn’t know how to use the 4 safety deposit boxes at desk. Said hot breakfast included every day. I have picture of the ad by the fit club and online. Mondays is a jimmy Dean frozen sandwich and yogurt. Not as good as McDonald’s!! Bed says queen but very small. I’d like to measure. Bet it’s a full size. Mexican restaurant was amazing!! Highly recommend. Fit club pool and hot tub very nice!
