Location and beach access were great. The pool chairs were broken and uncomfortable. The room seemed old and the window was broken so we couldn't get any fresh air in the room, it got stuffy and hot. We didn't love that on our semi- private balcony that the people next door were smoking every time we went out there.

We were on a mother/daughter trip and had a wonderful stay. Oceanview was great, room was clean but floor can be cleaner especially with children playing on it, walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and beach. Hotel can use an ice machine for quests. Overall a great stay.

We loved our stay! Very clean and kept up well. Convenient to everything without being too close to hear all the noise. Super cute patio area with lights great beach access. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was cold. But it still looked very clean.

The A/C couldn’t keep the room cool, floors were nasty if you walked around in barefoot your feet bottoms turned black, the bed mattress had deep dips in them and the comforters were stained. There is no where to put your things other than on the floor. Unless you have your own smart tv accounts you want be watching tv. Overall this place is at best ok for a night or two.

The location is wonderful and the staff were extremely accommodating. The property itself is rather run down. Unfortunately our room had mold growing on the ceiling, and there was a strong moldy odor. It looked like they tried to paint over the mold but it was seeping through the paint. The manager wasn’t able to provide a different room, so we didn’t stay after the first night. He was very understanding and sympathetic and provided a refund.

Everything was clean except the floor which made the soles of our feet black after a couple minutes walking inside. I ended up cleaning the floor myself with one of their hand towels. Amazing how much dirt I picked up. Seems someone hadn't given the floor a good scrubbing in a long time. Other than that, things were fine.

Check in was easy and they let us check in a couple hours early. The staff member in the office was friendly. The beach access was very good with a shower to use outside to rinse off. The room was fairly large, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was rather old and definitely had mold in it. My husband is allergic to mold so by morning we have an asthmatic issue. For that reason, we would not go back. if you take away the mold issue the room was large, the sheets were very soft and there were multiple towels to use. The only other problem was that the outside trash had trash pouring out of them, so they were a lot of bees flying around outside.

Very easy check in and out process. Great location with close beach access. Pet friendly. Walking distance to many places. Unit was clean, floors could have used more attention. Only issue we found was that upstairs unit had a herd of rhinos running and jumping back and forth and you can hear people coughing and talking next door. Thin walls. Very affordable place with amenities.

The location on the beach front with a balcony is nice but a lot of work is needed on rooms. (at least our room) . Heating very noisy, bathroom fan VERY noisy. Room was very spartan, no table or chairs. No tissues, very slippery tub, regular complaints you often see.

Room was clean, older property. Is it the 4 seasons no. The sand dune does block the ocean view. It is an ocean front property and you pay because of that. I am on the fence if i would stay again. For $50 more at a different property I would have had a better view of the ocean. They should have larger trash cans in room if they are not going to clean room daily. It’s a good place for budget friendly

We liked the location and ease of parking. We also liked the comfortable beds, lots of towels, and the room pricing. We didn\'t like not being able to see anything but sand dunes and scrub from our "oceanfront" room. We also didn\'t like the very loud wall heat pump or the very low water pressure in the tub/shower.

The air conditioner was very loud. The tv had to be very loud to be able to hear it. The noise from the neighbors was very loud; maybe the walls were too thin, not sure. The floors were gritty from sand when we first arrived.

We really liked how quickly we could onto the beach from the room and that we could sit out on our balcony and see the ocean. The room was what one would expect for a beachfront hotel. The expected amount of water damage from constant humid and sea air. Our main complaint would be the bathroom - it was very cramped. Also, we have 2 small kids and one of the reasons we picked this hotel was that it had a tub instead of just a shower. There was no stopper for the tub so we could not bathe the children in the tub. The sliding shower doors did not open all the way, which meant we had to get in the shower with the kids to try to get them washed up. But overall, it was a nice place to stay. We walked down to the boardwalk for dinner twice and it was an easy walk. The beach in front of the hotel wasn't crowded and it was nice for the kids.

Beachfront balcony was great. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade but the stay overall was great. Walkable to the boardwalk and beachfront was great. The lounging area outside was great. We went to early in the season for the pool to be open I guess.

We couldnt check in until 5:45 at night because they closed the office and noone answered the after hours phone. Finally after leaving multiple voicemails, messages on hotels.com, and texts someone finally got in touch with us. What kind of hotel closes the office before 4:00pm and has no way of getting in touch with them?? especially when checkin is 4:00. Very unprofessional. The view from floor 1 also is minimal so its not worth paying for the beach view if you are on level 1.

This hotel did not honor our reservation for a king suite. When we showed up the room we were given was a single room with no separate bedroom and not kitchen. The front desk person told us that Expedia overbooked and they could do nothing. They moved us to a larger room on the second day but said we would need to move again three days later to a smaller room. The floors were dirty; our feet were black. The beds were completely worn out. I would never stay there again. The promised us a refund because we left two days early, but that hasn't come through yet.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel was clean, however the bathroom was very outdated and not very clean. There was a hole around the shower head, which itself was black. We payed for an extra parking pass, but never received it. When we called (twice), we never received a call back, however they took the money out right away. We were locked out of our room because they had our checkout date wrong in the system. Thankfully there happened to be someone checking rooms and they were able to fix it. Not having a front office to go to makes it very hard to have small things like this taken care of.

I liked the fact that they texted me ahead of time to tell me that the room was ready and how to access it. I didn’t have to interact with property staff because of this. It was just a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk was about a 5 to 7 minute walk away. They also sent me a text message that I just had to reply to after I checked out.

Good accomodations. Solid. Dated, but functional and clean. Aircon worked great for meatlocker sleeping temps. TV had enough choices if we wanted to watch anything. We don't spend a lot of time in the room, so. Walkable to the boardwalk and a few local restaurants (~8-17 min. depending). Great stretch of beach with private access from hotel. Staff is sweet and helpful. Enjoyed it off-season after Labor Day. Note some restaurants, etc. are closed for the off season.

The room was clean considering the beach proximity. It had everything we expected. The layout was a little weird and the neighbors were noisy but I don't fault the hotel for that. Very clean, right on the beach. The only thing is, if I had been planning to cook this is not the place. There was maybe two or three old frying pans some bowls and a couple of saucers spoons forks knives no sharp knives one cookie sheet no detergent it was it was not it's not inducive to for our family to come and think that they're going to be able to cook other than that it was very clean the beds were very comfortable and right on the beach.

Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach access is excellent and convenient. Easy walk to the Boardwalk for activities and dining. The room smelled a little musty, but that is very common in beach front properties and they had just experienced a hurricane. For the price and convenience it was well worth it. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice location right on the beach and with a pool available. Small room with 2 beds a kitchen and a bathroom. Good price especially with the ocean right there. No frills kitchen just basic fridge coffeemaker stove sink and a few dishes/pots and pans. A microwave but the one in our room did not work. Would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent, directly on the beach. Unit needs updating. Appliances and bathroom are in fair condition. Kitchen not equipped with anything but coffee cups, basic utensils and individual coffeecup make maker. We did not have interaction with staff, except a phone call as initial text check in did not work.
