Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

Overall a good hotel. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but the pool itself is not heated so very cold in March. The beds were comfortable and the room overall clean. It took a little while to cool, but got there fine. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and fine but nothing fancy: waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall a good hotel, but nothing spectacular.

It says the pool is heated it is not but over all the facility was nice

I loved everything but the jacuzzi, it was disgusting. The water was extremely dirty and when you turned jetts on the pump made such a loud screaming noise you couldn't stay in there any way. The pool was very cold and not usable. The room, breakfast and staff made up for it though. We will stay again

Overall the stay was fine. The pull out bed didn’t have pillows. We picked it because of the pool. The pool was freezing so the kids didn’t really enjoy it as much as I was hoping.

The front doors lock at night and even with a key had to walk to the back of the hotel for entry. Breakfast was good but the gym had very limited options.

Stay was supposed to be a birthday trip that involved swimming but the pool was not available nd found out at last minute very upsetting

The stay was trouble free. The room and property were clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool wasn't heated. The hot tub made up for that. Good location. There are lots of good restaurants near by.

Pool is closed for renovation! We picked this property based on its reviews and the area! We were disappointed to learn the pool was closed for repairs! We were pleased the staff, breakfast, and overall room. Our room did have a medium size water spot on ceiling and pinholes in curtains.

The hotel itself was nice. It was clean, check in and check out were quick, the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing so it was a bummer for our kids to swim for 2 minutes before they were frozen. The breakfast was average.

Side door to outside was not locked. Stairway was dirty. There was not an ice machine on each floor. Sofa was stained Beds and pillows were comfortable. Biggest complaint was the staff was not friendly. Did not make us feel welcome.

Room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner. There was something splattered all over the wall in the bathroom.

The rooms smelled like dirty feet, we asked the frount desk for some air freshener or something that could make the room smell better but they were not help. I had to go to walmart and buy a bottle of febreze to spray on the carpet anf around the room. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub and on the ceiling,the bathroom floor was very dirty. Very disappointing stay for sure!!!

Entered 3 different rooms two had stains on bedding one had a blood stain, another smelled like cigarette smoke

Common space was very very dirty. Staff was kind. Room was fine and reasonably clean. We stopped to stay for one night on a longer trip. It was fine common space dirty late at night but it was still nasty at 9:30am.

Bugs were noticed on one of the beds and on the nightstand. Front desk was notified, but no compensation was offered.

The toilet leaked. The lady at the desk this morning has very poor customer service skills. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned hair was all over the bathtub.

Got to my room and there was brown stains all over the white comforter it looked fresh and smelled dirty I called the front to ask for clean ones and she told me she can’t give me clean ones because they don’t have any extra

For the price, you might as well stay at a Holiday Inn or other mid-tier hotel. The rooms were barely better than you'd expect at a motel, and there was limited parking. Location is decent - there are a good number of food places nearby. The complimentary breakfast was not so great. We were in a pinch and need to stop here briefly but for the price and low quality, next time I'll just go with Holiday Inn.

Everything was awesome but the water pressure in the room was too low. Apart from that, the stay was awesome!

Nice room, bed, and bathroom. OK Fitness Room and breakfast. Not quite up to the HI Express or Hampton level.

The hotel itself was nice and a good value. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a bright light from the fast food store next door that shone into my room all night. I didn’t get much sleep.

Hotel was clean overall. Room and shower were very clean. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. The room had ample space and was larger than a normal double bed room in my experiences. Shower was not warm enough. Not that it was not hot, or too cold, it was just warm and not warm enough to feel clean. Tried to take a bath and the drain wouldn’t hold the water in, and the water pressure was so low it couldn’t keep up. The cool shower also had no pressure on any of the shower head settings. Check in and front staff: upon arriving the front staff seemed mad about something and then we felt like they projected that on us. They told us the pool was closed and would not give us a time when it would be open. We chose this place because of the advertised pool and paid more for that amenity because we thought our kids could burn some energy before bed. They opened it in the morning but we were already put out and the water was broth-looking. Overall it was just a nice place to sleep and a nice bed. Everything else seemed broken. From the pool, shower, breakfast was meh, the two person elevator… I would’ve complained to the front desk but it is not their fault that the hotel is being poorly managed. Most of the things we had issues with were with operations. Not cleanliness or comfort. Try to do better for the next family. We will pick the la Quinta in this exit next time.

Folks, she is OLD … clean enough, but OLD. How old is she? Old enough that she has a wall console HVAC unit. Room ventilation was poor and every time the AC kicked on, it sounded like a 747 was landing bedside. It was so loud it rattled the OLD window. The hotel is position very close to the main thoroughfare. Apparently residents here turn this into a drag strip around 1 a.m. It was a miserable stay and I would contest the charge on my credit card if possible. The only redeeming quality was the pleasant desk clerk.

The front desk clerk seemed indifferent. She seemed like we were inconveniencing her and was not friendly. Other than that, the stay was alright

When entering one lady told us “I’m officially not here” and the other lady was less than thrilled to check us in. Another fellow walks in right behind us and the First Lady immediately waits on him. So rude! The first room , 105, they gave us , smelled so horribly strong from room spray, I could not breathe. The next room , 207, smelled better. The shower had a covering over the drain and my husband stepped on the corner of it popping it causing him to slip in the shower! That is a HUGE safety concern! The breakfast lacked any healthy options at all! Very poor stay and will not be back!!

As a solo traveler for business, I always try to stay at this hotel. It’s safe and the staff are always so nice. I love the complimentary lemon water and cookies upon arrival each afternoon. I’m not a breakfast eater so I can’t tell you about that. I can say, usually there’s a lot of people eating when I leave in the mornings. I will continue to stay at this property when in WR.

Input was property was great. Checking in easy. Checking out, staff person at the desk would not get off her personal phone call to answer questions and had a note to just leave your room key.

We had reserved a king suite, we were given keys to find someone in that room. We went downstairs to front desk and was told no one is supposed to be in that room and she has no other king suites available. We end up with 2 queen beds, the Tv wasn’t connected to the cable and the dresser drawers would open on their own.

The experience was well above average. Staff were friendly and accomodating and all went better than expected.

It was overall a great stay, but I guess the best part about it was the staff the three women encountered on three different shifts. We’re all pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly.

This was a quick family trip for a one night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near food, shopping, and activities. Would easily recommend.

While traveling for Thanksgiving we stopped in Warner Robins, GA. The Comfort Inn is 3 miles off the high way but close to any type of restaurant you can think of.

It was a great location for our trip with many choices of restaurants.

As a single woman, I felt totally comfortable with my stay. Very comfortable bed and linens. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Walked across the street for dinner (Olive Garden), but lots of other choices nearby, too.

No amenities and poor breakfast but otherwise ok

Large room could have slept 6 with the sleeper sofa. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Mt grandson loved the Waffle bar. Dozens of restaurants and good shopping surrounding the hotel. This is the best deal in Warner Robins. I wont be going back to the Cortyard.

The room was clean the AC was nice only complain I have that room 120 has a light outside the window and it's supposed to be blackout curtains needs to be a little longer other than that everything was fine breakfast could have been a little better I saw bacon eggs cereal you can make waffles but no kind of like grits or oatmeal or cream of wheat need to update and get a yogurt machine

The staff was great. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Biscuits and gravy were present one day and gone the next. Eggs were here today gone the next. Sausage and bacon one day and just bacon the next. A little consistency would be nice.

Prerfect spot for stay-cations. Clean, spacous rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast.
