Breakfast was great but under stocked of a few things both mornings. It was very busy. Bathroom needs some repairs - handle on tub, diverter in tub, and overflow in toilet (fixed by my husband). There were some hairs in the bathroom that did not belong to us. Pool was chilly - I wish the hot tub was open! No towels in pool area on the second day. Towels were very small. Stay was quiet, beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

We had a handicapped person with us and there is only 1 elevator and it was not working the entire trip. Coffee maker was down at the breakfast very limited breakfast options could not charge any beverages or snacks from the pantry to the room. Room was spacious and clean but the amenities were lacking

They need upgrades.. second time staying in best western plus & wasn’t happy. I think I’m done with booking there. I always pick them in Vegas best western was great. But the last two times no no.. they had mold growing in the shower & you could see were the tank lid was. House keeping gave us three sets of towels when we had 4 people in the room & when I asked for an extra set the house keeper had an attitude . The stay wasn’t bad it just needs things done

The room had mold in the tub and smelled because of it. The bed was okay and thankfully the sheets were clean and smelled faintly of bleach so I could bury my nose in them. Breakfast was good and the girl taking care of restocking and cleaning was phenomenal. The hotel needs new maids or a remodel of the bathroom #104.

Easy to get to from I75 Very clean in hotel and in room. Pillows are not comfy and need more towels. Bed very comfy Microwave, fridge and coffee maker very nice additions. Bathroom fan makes loud noise and noise from hallway quite apparent at times. All in all a good place for an evening to stay.

Jameson greeted us on arrival and overall was appropriate, however on first encounter he was distracted and made a call to someone while we were checking in to notify them that a customer in a specific room needed to come from their room because their credit card had been declined- not appropriate customer service. The phone call could have waited for him to finish checking us in. The stay was exactly what we needed for a night's rest and the am breakfast service person was very pleasant.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The thing that stood out the most was the friendliness and availability of every staff member we came in contact with. Whenever I needed something, (more towels, forgotten toothbrush, extra items for an additional unexpected family member, directions, etc) they made me feel like I was not a bother. This means a lot. Over all nice, only complaint is late evening desk person kept leaving the desk for conversations with persons in nearby parking lot. Went outside twice myself only to hear phone ringing until they hung up. When I saw him I let him know that the phone was ringing but no one answered it. The 2nd time I went outside, someone else was at the desk awaiting for desk person and again phone was ringing. I spoke out loud across to the parking lot to say excuse me someone else is at the desk waiting for help and the phone is ringing again. He came right away. Great service for breakfast which included hot food. Room was excellent. Morning office staff was courteous. Only stayed overnight during road trip.

The overwhelming smell of air freshener in the hallways. Traffic during the evening time made it tough to get in and out of the area during rush-hour. I could tell the building had been updated but it’s still an older building. Good for the price, but would choose another location if I stayed in the area again.

I was here for three nights and was a bit skeptical due to the nightly rate, but I’m really glad I gave this place a shot. The property is nice and is conveniently located near the interstate, shopping, restaurants, etc. An Applebees and a Mexican place are right next door and easy to walk to. The property is in good condition and the parking lot is well lit and clean. The area did not feel unsafe, which is also important. My room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator and the balcony overlooking the lobby, but I didn’t hear any excessive noise during my stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a typical hotel breakfast and they keep coffee around all day. Staff was always friendly and helpful - especially the afternoon desk person who went out of his way to find some coffee cups. Most places importantly, the room was good to go. It’s an above average room for this level of hotel and it was CLEAN. I’m a bit of a hotel snob when it comes to room cleanliness and I was quite happy with the room. Bed was firm, but comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition. The shower was hot with a lot of water pressure. Only gripe was the toilet paper - classic “John Wayne” style toilet paper. All in all, I am very pleased with this hotel, especially for the price.
