What guests think

Across recent reviews of Hampton Inn Vero Beach, guests consistently praise exceptionally friendly, attentive staff and generally clean, comfortable stays, with many appreciating the convenient I-95 location near outlets and dining, often noting quiet rooms despite highway proximity.

However, recurring drawbacks include dated rooms with some worn mattresses, humidity or odors in certain areas, intermittent TV/cable issues, and a small, less appealing pool. Breakfast earns frequent compliments for variety and taste, though several guests found it basic or understocked at times, with limited fresh fruit. Expect a convenient stop with solid essentials and occasional shortcomings.

This property is just off I95 and S.R. 60 which is nain thoroughfare to downtown Vero and the beaches. Staff was very friendly and we appreciated the dog friendly first floor accommodation. Breakfast is adequate and it has a pool for those who like that feature. Happy with our 3 night stay while in town for a tennis tournament at Grand Harbour which was just 15 minutes away.

After they make me download the hotel application to check in and use the digital key, they make me go to the counter to do the entire procedure and they did not have a washer and dryer and it is something we use because we have to wash the uniforms from playing soccer. My son and I had to go outside late at night to wash.

The hotel was decent. The pool is very small and at the back of the property near the dumpster area. The only time we saw anyone using the pool area was for smoking cigarettes. The mattresses are in need of replacement as they were very worn and uncomfortable. Paint was peeling off the ceiling making the room look more rundown. If they took the time to due some maintenance and invested in replacing the mattresses this property would be one of the best in the area. The highlight was the staff. Everyone was very kind and you could tell they enjoy working there. The housekeeping staff took the time to make the bed with my kids blankets and arranged their stuffed animals. The breakfast was delicious for a free hotel breakfast. The staff doing the breakfast each day were on top of refilling items as quickly as possible. The only thing missing was fresh fruit and or yogurt. They did have sleepy time tea for at night which was perfect after a long day.

Type of room purchased online was not what was provided. Desk attendant stated they overbooked. Room provided was dirty. Lifted the toilet seat and found urine on the rim, mirrors had streaks, sink faucet and sink was dirty. No shampoo in the dispenser, notified the front desk in the morning, waited over an hour and no response.

Bed and room were both very comfortable. The only issue was the door that slid to close both the closet and bathroom and didn't have a lock or any way to keep small children from opening or closing. Worried about it running over small feet. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety!

I found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be very friendly. But the mattress in my room was like sleeping on wood. It was so hard there was no give for hips or back or even ribs, and human bodies are not straight up and down. I was so uncomfortable and the next day was in so much pain. Why would they do that to their customers?

This hotel has the most professional, polite, respectful, helpful and friendly staff that I have come across in a very long time. I give them a 10 for service and an A in charming and delightful people to meet. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was delicious with lots of good food to eat. The food stations and tables were immaculate. We had a short stay but we are looking forward to coming back in late November. The pool and grounds were super clean and well maintained. We love the convenience as well since Cracker Barrel next door along with Steak and Shake and for a shopping adventure the Vero Beach Outlet Mall is just to the left of the hotel. We felt safe which was important since my dauther and granddaughters were with me on this trip. The best part for us is that they allow pets as we bring our small dog with us. Thank you for everything.

The location is ideal. It is next to 95 and next door to Cracker Barrell and some other fast food.

Clean, comfy, and very friendly helpful staff. No fan in the bathroom was a bit strange. Also, the food ran out due to the new policy and owner/managers. My family and another family of 4 were left with cereal and toast basically. Last Hilton branch I stayed at, let the staff eat what was left over to avoid waste. It’s the least they could do for the people that keep the hotel running on minimum wage.
