1. I called ahead at 4pm to let them know that we were going to be a late check-in. I wish they would have offered to pre-check me in but they didn't offer it. Apparently after 1:30am they lose your reservation as a no-show. They were able to work through the issue and find a room for me. Even though it wasn't what I originally booked. I had booked a queen and I think all they had left was a full. 2. The hotel had some flaws like most hotels do. The Elevator had stopped working about a half a day after we arrived and I don't remember it being fixed before we left. 3. If I had to travel to Tampa again, I can't say that this hotel would be my first choice. But if you're on a budget then sometimes you just got to do what you got to do.

Room was ok. There is a kitchen for use but no utensils or dishes. You can ask front desk but I couldn't even get a spoon at night. They were out. The elevators were out the whole time so had to use stairs. Breakfast is packaged carbs and sugar and coffee or hot water. Holiday, so fire works we're going off but I was pleasantly surprised we couldn't hear them too loud in the room. Outside was loud.

Arrived at the property and was told they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. No assistance was given whatsoever by the front desk clerk. He actually walked away and left us standing there as we attempted to find another hotel. Also, There is no signage outside indicating we were arriving at the correct hotel. Seemed a little seedy.

Usually i leave a glowing review of this property but thursdays "mechanical issue" at the property were well beyond annoying. Rooms are still very nice, the staff is always wonderful and the area is perfect for leisure or business travel. Just wish this wasnt the 2nd stay thats had a day or more interupted for hours with loud alarms and malfunctions-

Reception was efficient and friendly; room was very clean, though smelled a bit musty. There was no signage on the parking lot, only an address number and "Lobby" on the building- the only "Extended Stay America" sign we saw was an 8"X10" on the front door. We weren't sure we were in the right place until we saw that.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The smell was intolerable and made it hard to even sleep. Our socks were so dirty after being in the hotel a couple hours I never wanted to step on the floor. The property was clearly outdated and there were mold spores stained into the air vents. We slept on top of the sheets that were so dirty my husband even found a toe nail in the bed. I expected a lot more from a trusted hotel company.

Property is not very clean nor well maintained. Litter/feces in the parking lot, hallways that need vacuuming, elevator door needs oil/grease or adjustment, black mold on the shower wall from leaking shower head spraying water everywhere, TV remote doesn't work, minimal breakfast (muffin, instant oatmeal).

I hate to write bad reviews, but this hotel is repulsive. Bugs, sheets had dust on them, the smells are pungent throughout. Toilet didn’t work, visibly dirty everywhere. This place should be like $20 a night, not $200. Seriously, we wanted to leave but we prepaid so we bit the bullet. It was hands down the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at, And I’m not that picky - I’ve stayed at way nicer roadside motels.

Want the nicest room. Ac was on 60. Was freezing. Sheets and pillow cases felt damp. Bed was hard ,not comfortable at all. The people up above rude. Stomping. Running things slamming on floor, keep me up all night. Had to keep tv on 36, it was loud, but still heard idiots upstairs.

I live rhat each room has a little kitchenette with a 2 burner stovetop a full size refrigerator, overhead microwave, and a sink. Each room, also, is pretty large. The beds are very comfortable andbi always get a good night sleep. If i were tonhave a complaint it would only be that you only get a bar soap for the shower. Where most other hotels at this level give uou a body gel or shower gel .

The staff made this stay enjoyable; above and beyond. On the negative side, the refrigerator was noisy making it difficult to sleep as well as some loud neighbors. That said, this is the perfect location if you need to be close to the airport! Less than 2 miles away made a 'red eye bearable!

The room itself was decent. Keep in mind you have to ask for any dishes, take out your own trash, take your dirty towels to the front desk in exchange for clean ones. The breakfast is a joke. It’s a grab and go muffin/granola bar or oatmeal with water down coffee that ends at 9:30 am. The surrounding rooms are extremely noisy. The front staff were extremely room and all had an attitude and no clue what “customer service” means. If you ask for anything be prepared to feel like you are being an inconvenience. Only perk was the location is very close to the Airport. Save your money.

The staff were amazing, I showed up earlier than expected and they were more that’s willing to accommodate as far as they could! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This will definitely be my go to place when I visit Tampa! They are extremely close to the studio and everything else is very accessible! I loved my trip!

On arrival they had no reservation for me. Said that Hotels .com does this all the time confirm for customer on line but don't let them know so there is no reservation on their system. Don't think I will use Hotels.com or Extended Stay again.

Most of the staff were nice and helpful. Manager seems to always have an attitude when checking in or out though.. I’ve stayed here many times and figured the first time she might of had a bad day but after 5 different stays here, she seems to always have a bad attitude and doesn’t even say you’re welcome after saying Thank you multiple times. Was treated as if I was some type of criminal or not welcomed by her. Even though she’s seen me multiple times she continues to give me the “you bother me” Attitude.. besides that the other guest that hang out in the parking lot all night made me decide to no longer stay at this location.

Absolutely horrible, no one at the front desk, check in took 40 minutes and multiple phone calls to try and get someone to assist. There were 6 other people waiting with me trying to check in also. Mold, broken sink, cockroach infested and the whole building reeked of weed. Sinks didn’t drain. You could feel every spring in the mattress.

Many homeless people and a bunch of crackheads stay here and are always outside the property, I arrived at my check in time and parked the car next to me had a couple in it nodding out while smoking. Wouldn’t recommend

We had a great 5 day stay at this venue. Our interest was to take in 3 MLB games and a beach visit on this trip. The location was excellent and very easy to travel to and from. Many, many restaurants within a reasonable distance + the MLB park a couple of miles away. The trip to the Gulf of America coast included a visit to Sand Key Beach located just south of Clearwater.

I booked this stay in a hurry after our flight was cancelled late in the day. This was my mistake for not reading other reviews because it lived up to them. The property is older and not in the best neighborhood. When we arrived there were loiterers outside smoking in front of the entrance. Check in was easy enough and that was the only interaction we had with the staff. We were unable to find anyone to check out with or ask for more linens. The room itself was disgusting. Every surface had stains, the flooring was peeling up, the room smelled awful, several lights did not work, and the beds were old and hard. Overall this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would definitely not recommend.

Price was okay. A lot of shady characters hanging around in the parking lot. Wondered if my rental car would still be there in the morning. People must live here. I'm thinking FEMA is placing low income people here because of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. That needs to end. Need a better breakfast. That was ridiculous. People on 2nd floor not considerate of 1st floor guests. Bouncing and running around could be heard late into the night. Would not stay again. Extended Stay needs to fix the above issues to be taken seriously again.

People hanging around the lobby and outside front with old cars blocking entrance to the building drinking and smoking. Was made to feel very unsafe. Room smelled of smoke and very fowl odors. Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, a phone so dirty that no one would put it to their face. The smell of pot in the lobby at 5:00 in the morning of 3/3/24. Ask one of your executives to stay there on a Saturday night. I will not be staying in one of your hotels again. I would think a break room for guests would very helpful.So a person could feel comfortable walking through your lobby.

Checking in was easy and quick. The room smelled like 4 people were smoking marijuana, it was pretty bad but very clean. Checkout did not happen as the front desk person was non-stop talking with another guest, so we just left. The breakfast is NOT a breakfast, just some prepackaged muffins and granola bars with coffee - no juice.

A more affordable option I found on Expedia and it didn't disappoint , it was clean and short walk to mall and also was only $10 Uber ride to Airport . The Continental Breakfast was only Coffee and Muffins

Morning and evening desk staff were soooo nice. They helped me get everything I needed. I also noticed the girl at the front desk during night shift treated ALL the guest with the same respectful demeanor. I thought i chose a hotel without carpet 🙄 guess not. Breakfast was fruit and individually wrapped muffins.

It's a budget hotel, don't expect anything amazing, but the rooms were fine for their price. The breakfast consists of microwaveable oatmeal packets and NutriGrain bars, which is serviceable enough, but don't expect a true breakfast offering. They also don't offer a hotel shuttle, despite branding themselves as a hotel airport. It's not the worst place I've stayed, but with so many options in the immediate area id probably stay somewhere else if I'm back in Tampa.
