What I liked - relatively quiet, set back from a busy road and plenty of parking. What I didn't like - noisy A/C, uncomfortable bed, and the worst pillows I have ever had the privilege to lay my head upon. One provided no support and two pillows provided too much. Outcome, one very restless night with little sleep, trying to get comfortable and failing, miserably.

No hot water. Toilet would not flush w/o holding down the handle and would not quit running until you pulled up on the handle. Sheets smelled strongly of detergent & bleach. They broke me out in rashes all over my body w/in 20 minutes of laying down. I needed medical treatment. Will never stay at a Hampton again, in Tallahassee or anywhere else.

Clean enough as a Hampton goes. Common areas a little worn out. Getting on the older side and barely meets Hilton standards I fear. Staff was very good on a positive note. Would be low on list on a return.

There was some work being done on the walls, and the room numbers were written on cards on the doors, so when we went, the hotel was in the middle of some improvements. Even so, the hotel still fit within the Hampton Inn brand: friendly, quick service; abundant breakfast in a clean area.

This property is my go to location when taking my kids to school at FSU or visiting them. They were in the middle of putting new wallpaper up this last visit but they did a great job at keeping everything clean and quiet. Staff is always great, super friendly, every time I visit. Would highly recommend this Hampton.

We’ve been Hilton rewards members since before Covid. Hadn’t stayed at any for a while. During our week long vacation in Florida, we stayed at two Hampton inns and other hotel brands. Both Hamptons were disappointing; they both had hair in a towels or two, the shower itself had hair in both, the mattresses felt cheap and thin and their furniture/appliances/elevators were old, rusty, outdated or both. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. However, breakfast was great.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold food. Fresh coffee and hot water for tea were also available. Two bottles of water were presented at check in. I was near the elevator but never hear any noise. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Refrigerator and microwave in the room along with blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room smelled fresh and clean.

Front desk person was great. He noticed there was three of us and suggested two queen beds instead of what we had….that was perfect. He went the extra mile. Only suggestion is better pillows and more water pressure in the showers. We are kind of hotel snobs so nice pillows and relaxing showers are appreciated. Other than that all was good
