We enjoyed the heated pool! We will definitely be back for the pool. It was clean and even heated. The breakfast was nice, however, I wish they had oatmeal and peanut butter. The staff was very kind, especially the front desk lady who checked us in. The room was ok, it had a musty smell and I wish the room service came while we were out. The location is great and it’s nice they have free parking. The rooms are very quiet.

Room was clean and comfortable, with nice shower and immediate hot water. Hot breakfast was consistent the 7 days we were there, with scrambled egg patties, sausage or bacon (alternate days), biscuit and gravy, waffles, pastries, cold cereal, and fruit. My wife used the laundry twice and was quite satisfied. Note that the heated pool is outdoors, so our early January trip was too cool to take advantage of that amenity. My only complaint was that after having chocolate chip cookies in the lobby the first night (Monday), they were not available the rest of our stay. All in all, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The staff was amazing! From check in, to breakfast, and meeting custodians in the hallway, everyone was so kind. The first room smelled strongly of urine, but they happily moved us. The second room had a dirty shower, but it was easy enough to wash ourselves. Comfortable beds. AC worked great. The pool was a little dirty. Overall, it was “fine enough.” Probably wouldn’t stay again, but wouldn’t give any strong warnings against it.

It was a pretty nice stay, everything looked pretty decent, the girl from night time was super nice and respectful. The room was spacious and comfortable, we did see roaches on more than three times. Breakfast was very early and ended at 930 which it blows my mind since you are on vacation.

This hotel has a nice location near campus, and our room had a fold-out couch. BUT... when we checked in late on a Friday night, our first TWO sets of room keys didn't work (requiring multiple round-trips to the front desk), and there was no hot water. Then both Friday & Saturday nights, a nearby dance club was playing VERY loud music until 2:00am. The drapes were too short, so the street lights and morning sun glared in through our window. Early Sunday morning, we woke to a group of people (cleaning staff?) laughing and shouting in the hallway. The beds & pillows were lumpy, so we didn't stand much chance of getting a good sleep anyway, but isn't that pretty-much the point of a hotel?

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is fine too. The room was spacious. 2 of us thought beds were very uncomfortable and 2 of us thought they were fine. Breakfast station has a waffle maker, which is usually a hit with everyone. The rest of breakfast is cereal, yogurt, toast, eggs formed into perfect circles, bacon one day, sausage the next, and biscuits with gravy. There were other small things but that’s most of it. I’m trying a different hotel next time but I'd stay here again.

A solid choice for the Tallahassee area. Easy to find fairly central location, easy check-in. Room layout is very business friendly with a sitting area and a desk set up. The property is a little older and some spots show wear but overall pretty clean and the staff was nice.

They put us right by the elevator which was noisy. There were diesel trucks parked and running all night outside our bedroom. The toilet ran all night which was loud and annoying. The next morning we had to check out at 4:30 am and there was no one to check us out. We had to call later on the phone to check out.

This hotel does a great job of hiring people that are good at the front desk. Both Ray and, I believe his name was, Randy were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a special situation that both Ray and Randy helped me with that made a difficult time slightly better. There are too many front desk employees that want to do the bare minimum and just show up to work and expect to get paid. I highly recommend this hotel because if something does happen, you want people who know how, and are willing, to help you with your situation.

We had a nice gentleman check us in. Unfortunately, the next morning at breakfast was very unpleasant. Two females, I’m assuming the night shift and day shift, were having a very loud argument with extremely vulgar language. It took a long time and knocking on the counter to get one of the employees to stop fighting long enough to check us out. What started as a nice stay was ruined by this horrible experience.

Terrible check in experience. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Hotel lobby was a ghost town. Tried politely calling out to see if anyone was nearby to work the front desk. Tried knocking on doors near the front desk. Tried phoning the front desk. Finally after 15 solid minutes of being stranded in the lobby at the front desk, someone appeared who apologized and said his manager forces him to do laundry when the front desk is quiet and he had no way of knowing there was anyone at the front desk.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We left an item and called and they were able to retrieve and hold it for us to come back and pick it up. We checked in late, and staff was available to assist with check-in and very pleasant at that late hour.

The front desk staff is not very Attentive. We arrived back at our hotel room around midnight on both nights and there was no one sitting at the desk. This creates a security breakdown as anyone could just walk into the hotel. Also tried calling the front desk upon arriving to our room and was sent three times to voicemail. They need to train their staff better to be more aware of people entering the hotel and answering the front desk phone when people call or return their call back to their room.

Location to restaurants is fantastic. You cannot expect to compare Ritza Carlton to Comfort Suites. It is however reasonable and delivers what you need to stay in the area. Complimentary breakfast is included which can save a large family the cost of having breakfast out.

If visiting students at TCC , FSU, and FAMU this is the best location. within 7 minutes drive to these campuses. Lots of restaurants in driving distance. Clean and friendly staff.

Property was very clean and very quiet. Easy to access. Very close to downtown in the capital. Lots of dining, retail, and amenities nearby. The Gentleman in the older lady at the front desk were very warm Helpful and knowledgeable check in and check out hosts. The younger ladies on staff weren't as warm or accommodating. No need to be in hi dudgeon over A late checkout inquiry. But that's the only negative thing I can say, overall a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Everything was average until we woke up and thw room smelled horrible. Not sure what it was... musty maybe? It was strong. Breakfast was average but there wasn't any flavored creamer for coffee and thwy ran out of forks and bacon. Bed was a bit stiff, but the room was clean.

Everything was good about this hotel except for the breakfast. The breakfast options were ok but the taste/flavors of most of the items were not good at all. Staff were very responsive and prompt on our requests for additional items such as bedding items or toiletries, so we really appreciated that. Overall, the experience was nice and I will still recommend this place if visiting Downtown area of Tallahassee.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it relates to my daily commute during my stay. The breakfast selection(s) were top tier. The staff were kind and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was a plus as well. I recommend staying at the Comfort Suites.
