The main reason I stayed at this hotel was the board walk. The boardwalk was closed. I was very disappointed because I really needed this relaxing boardwalk through the nature to be right there close to the hotel and was not able to have that. If I would have known I would have selected a different location.

The boardwalk is broken, and the pool is cold, not heated. The Jacuzzi was not working correctly. The pool towels were very old. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly.

This is a very nice, large hotel on a beautiful property. While the pool was small compared to a "resort", it was sufficient for a quick dip. There is a long boardwalk over the small lake which has a fountain and nice scenery. Restauarant was delish! Excellent service at all times, everywhere in the hotel. Free self parking was a great value! Rooms had a mini frig and coffee maker with a few packets of coffee & tea. There is NO microwave to warm up food in the room. The water bottles in room stated only for silver and gold Hilton Honors members, and I usually get them at all Hilton properties even though I am "blue" status, so felt a bit "icky". Overall wonderful stay!

Top notch, friendly, professional staff. Responded quickly to requests. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the elevator floors were sticky (as if someone had dropped their drink) and it took a few hours for someone to mop it. We also found ants in our room that made their way into my suitcase (perplexing considering we were on the 8th floor and there was no food in the room) but the staff responded quickly when I reported the issue, offered a different room, treated the room for ants, and assisted with getting the ants out of my suitcase and laundering my ant-infested clothes. The front desk and maintenance employees were very helpful and kind.

Immaculately clean. Very comfortable beds. Cold A/C. Hot shower. And honestly, two free water bottles doesn't seem like much but I always forget a drink in the room so this was very welcomed.

Parking is no longer free which wasn't advertised. Hotel restaurant over charged me for drinks. Water temperature in the shower was luke warm first night. I reported this to the front desk and was assured it would be corrected. The next morning, there was even less warm water, almost cool. This is not what you expect from a Hilton property, especially at a room rate i was charged.. I am quite disappointed in this property and their lack of a discount or credit. Hilton leadership: you csn certainly do better than this.

Great property! We were located end room- which was great, however it sounded like either the ac unit was above us- which was rather noisy. We eventually were able to fall asleep. Next time I will be sure to confirm where the AC unit is located to avoid...

Everything for the most part was smooth. The suite was spacious and the balcony view was beautiful. Everyone was amazing. The pool was nice too with some shade. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch. We expected a bigger fridge and perhaps a microwave would have been nice too,But overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

This is a nice property in a very quiet area. Parking is easy and free. However, the room isolation isn't good, and neighbors' noise can easily be heard. Actually, I didn't get much sleep due to the noise issues. The bathroom is outdated. The overall property may need some upgrades to match its 4-star rating.

Very nice views from the room. Enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. Only thing they need are microwave’s in the rooms. Was an inconvenient to go all the way down stairs each time you needed to warm something up.

The sofa in our suite was impossibly boxy and hard, but we loved our balcony and view. Housekeeping was exceptional. Be aware that the boardwalk around the lake may still be closed as a result of last year’s hurricanes. This natural area doesn’t belong to the hotel. Guest service was gracious but spotty. We requested a luggage rack that never came and at checkout no one asked about our stay.

This is a relatively nice hotel. The rooms are good and amenities nice enough. The one problem is the staff, they were mostly inattentive and rude. I asked for and received a one hour late checkout. At exactly the original checkout time, cleaning staff came knocking—three times in ten minutes. When checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk person, he told me I didn’t have a late checkout, that he was the front desk the whole morning so there was no way I had called. When I told him that I had called, he said that wasn’t possible, but that he wasn’t going to charge me an extra charge. I don’t think I’ve ever been called a liar before.

We arrived at 315 pm. Check in time is 300 so we expected to be able to check in. We were informed that no rooms were ready. We left and came back at 400. We were informed that still no rooms were ready. We unloaded our car and hung out in the lobby until 500 expecting them to notify us when our room became ready. It wasn't until we went to the counter again that staff checked again for us when we finally got our room. When we got to our room, it only was stocked for 2 people which was a surprise since we indicated 3 on our church in. To get enough pillows and towels for 3 we had to call down and ask to be appropriately provisioned.

Fun pool, but not six feet like the desk lady said. Only five feet. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that my upper back/lower neck has been hurting since the first night. Didn’t appreciate house keeping knocking three times in thirty seconds and trying to open the door two hours before checkout. I paid to be there until 11, I’m not leaving until a few minutes before and I will take my sweet time. Experience was good, but sub par compared to the last hotel we stayed at a night before we came here.

We arrived in Tampa last Saturday and were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Angelic was professional, courteous and friendly. She provided dining locations, that were spot on. From this point going forward, we will be staying at Hilton hotels.

This is a really nice place. Rooms are modern and everything is nice and clean. The restaurant looked pretty expensive and had a limited selection. The lobby is very large with lots of places to relax. There is a 24 hour store with snacks and toothpaste. There is a great walking trail that is right out the door - you just have to use “extreme caution” because of the alligators! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you are traveling for business to one of the other businesses in the immediate area it’d be great. Otherwise, it’s a 20-30 minute drive to most parts of St Petersburg.

We flew into St Petersburg airport late, so the location was ideally close and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and we found everything we needed. Location was central for us to navigate into Tampa and also spend some time at the beach. Area is beautiful and quiet for early morning walks. King mini suite was roomy for 3 guests. Absolutely no complaints.

My daughter was getting married and her bridal party and i(mom of the bride) stayed here for 1 night. It was wonderful! We even got a connecting room! The restaurant was amazong, a bit pricey. But very good. Would definitely stay again.

The room with the balcony was very room and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. We ate at the restaurant one night and had drinks both nights we were there and everything was good. Service was slow at the restaurant though. The location is great and it’s a quick drive to the beach.

We had flatbread pizza’s first night upon arrival, second night we were with friends who were celebrating their daughter’s graduation and had a very nice dinner. 100% recommend this hotel for your stay in the St Petersburg/ Tampa area.

The staff was nice, but the facilities weren't the best. The pool didn't feel very clean. The pipes in the room rumbled during shower and the AC clunked on very loudly. The sheets and toilet paper were both scratchy. I'm not sure if the fridge was working properly or not. We didn't try the tv. The workout room had some stuff but no erg and only free weight dumbbells for any strength training. The pool and hot tub both had accessible chairs for the handicapped and there weren't hard steps. The hallways were very cold. The restaurant had a wrird smell inside and the bugs were annoying sitting outside to avoid the smell. The food was okay. The cleaning staff showed up 2 hours before checkout tocleanthe room but were friendly when we explained that it wasn't time to check out yet and to come back later. It seemed like the staff was doing an amazing job making the best of a facility that was a bit run down. For the price I'm fine with it, but was hoping I was getting a bit better and a deal. I got what I paid for.

The Hotel wasn't too bad. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the nights we had neighbors that started with some kind of serpant snake music loudly and dope smoking at 9 pm until 6 am. Called the front desk and it was taken care of. However a better eye on such matters is needed. It felt like you had to beg daily for housekeeping. Yet done when asked a few times. 1 time we had a hsk. Knock and no time to answer before entering... ummm could have been a compromising position. The pool was not skimmed of leaves for 2 of the days. The area around the pool could have been swept better, lots of debris. The water was clean. The front desk lady on arrival and second nite was accommodating ( 4 pm staff I think). The wait staff in the dining room were efficient, and appeared to be short staffed but did a good job. Key take away, 2 unsupervised kids in pool using all the towels on Saturday and destroyed pool noodles, A lot of smoking in rooms for a non-smoking facility. Didn't mind the pending reconstruction, that is understandable. Wish the hot tub was working.
