Excellent room location (106) near office, breakfast, pool and parking. Impressed that even though facility and lot being renovated, there was NO inconvenience to us. Appreciated parking for large/long vehicles or cars/truck towing camper/boat, had own lot, did not use up regular spaces. Staff superb, efficient; good breakfast. Only problem was bathroom drains running slow, especially tub.

The property smelled dingy. The vanity sink did not drain well. The furniture was old and worn. The pool was under maintenance and unavailable. You have to walk outdoors to get to the main lobby for breakfast. The breakfast was less than desirable.

This was a very disappointing visit and a location that we will not return to. Requested fresh linen as we spent 5 nights and could not give housekeeping to change the linen. I had the front desk to bring me sheets so that I could change the linen myself. Then the elevator was not working from July 3 - 7. This was a serious challenge for us as we are both seniors with limited mobility. Breakfast selection left us with very little to be desired. These three strikes determined that this location is unsatisfactory for seasoned travelers.

This place is fine if youre lookong for a quick stop and a warm breakfast in the mornong. The room was clean but outdated. The walls where two different colors where they painted over something in several spots. We stayed for 4 nights and had to have our key reprogrammed every single day which was super annoying. The pool was open but dirty. We didnt see anyone clean it the whole time we were there. It was still swimmable. We have family in milton so we would probably stay again.

At first I had a room with king size bed. It was perfect for just me. However, there’s a door for an adjoining room. I could hear everything next door….which meant they could hear me especially on the phone. Not good. The doors to the rooms are heavy and slam to shut. So everyone coming and going can be heard in the hallway. There’s little to no sound proofing. Since all king size rooms have an adjoining door, I was moved to a room with two full size beds.

And its not connected to the rest of the property, so you have to go outside and walk around the building and into another to get there. 2 days we didnt receive housekeeping service. When we called for blankets ,it took 3 hours to receive them. And even though we opted for late check out, housekeeping came knocking at our door by 9:00 became her "app" told her we had checked out. The room was so dark! The room was pretty clean, other than some mild dust on some lighting fixtures. The beds were made neatly and the linens were spotless. The rooms were spacious.

Staff was really friendly and helpful as well as the “Expedia Agent” I got to my hotel and forgot my id only had a picture but they did not accept that they wanted the real id so Expedia agent helped me change the reservation name to my fathers name since he did have his id thank you so much for that “Expedia Agent”! One thing I did not like was that the whole 3 nights we did stay there they did not clean the room at all just went in and dropped off towels but left the trash beds undone and etc ..

We did not have hot water for 3 days. Our toilet was not flushing and t maintenance had to come every day. The manager ignored the fact that we had horrible service and acted like everything was good. The manager has refused to call me back.

This motel is quite nice. It is clean, quiet and the staff were very nice. It should be noted that it is located off I-10 and is very isolated. The only business close is a Waffle House. If you need something or food you have to go back to Milton approx 12miles.

The only thing I can say negative is the breakfast. They need to make an improvement. For the eggs, if scrambled, make salsa available. The sausage tastes like artificial meat. Please add milk cartons for cereal instead of having a carafe.

Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Mattress was awful. Lounge chair in room was rough with torn armrest. My back can’t stand another night in that bed. Sorry, as it was very nice other than the furnishings.
