This property served it's purpose for us. It was quite inexpensive and well located for fast food in Lake City. The staff was absolutely WONDERFUL and very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was really great, enjoyed something different everyday. Pool was open and clean. Thank you guys for a nice stay.

I really like this place. Great location right off from I-75. I really enjoyed that they feed you a hand cooked breakfast and a nice Southern dinner (I think the dinner is only Monday - Thursday though?) The pool was nice. Be prepared to climb stairs if you get a 2nd floor room.

Over all pretty okay stay. Beds were comfortable. Pool area is very slippery. Room had ants in it after day 3 in the bathroom. The dinner could be upgraded wouldn’t recommend that. Breakfast was very good and the ladies in there are very helpful. We would stay again only because of the affordable price.

The key cards didn’t work so back to the office. When we walked into our room, we were shocked at how dirty the carpet was. Crumbs and stained carpet, we thought about wearing our shoes to bed! The bathroom mirror was so covered with dried moisture due to no exhaust fan Next morning we went to the breakfast room and was greeted by the breakfast attendant she was great! She had a stack of fresh eggs and offered to fix us eggs however we wanted, or she would make us a waffle. And more! All was very good, we were pleasantly surprised! So the breakfast lady and the breakfast food was very good!

Our room was disgusting! Floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days and my shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom. Dirty fingerprints all over the bathroom door and the entire unit smelled gross.

The whole place was dirty, room WREAKED of cigarettes and weed. When i checked out told the desk clerk and she laughed! First room was so bad i went back and changed rooms second room was mildew and smoke smells. Only positive was the night desk clerk she was amazing.

Very good breakfast, eggs made to order, waffles, biscuits and gravy, grits, sausage, breakfast beverages. Room was very clean and updated. Didn’t use the pool, I looked and it was clean. Friendly staff. I will admit that because of some recent poor reviews, I was a little leery about staying here, but the price was reasonable. Due to this I gave the room a thorough look. Overall , I found it to be an excellent value for the accommodations and I would stay again.

Nice stay and light the free supper, and eggs in the morning, the Wister with some meat selection. People were friendly but my only complaint would be the thin walls between the guest rooms. I could hear my neighbor and his TV playing 24/7 over 3 days

This was a very nice version of super 8 Hotel chain, and especially like the free supper and hot breakfast. Service was excellent. To complaints however, first the walls were too thin and I had a somewhat loud neighbor that Disturbed my piece and quiet. Also, the TV is so small attached to the wall it almost resembles a home computer screen and made it difficult to view.

Our reservation was a non-smoking but the room reeked of cigarettes. We were too exhausted from traveling to go through the process of getting another room. One bed had a plastic sheet on it…why? Toilet off balance and wobbly. Staff wouldn’t let us use our Wyndham account nor our Veterans discount. Very upset and dissatisfied.

The staff there are top-notch, starting with the manager Sharon, who comes across as someone who is both very competent & relates well with the paying customer. She is also a very good leader, as evidence by her interaction with the employees under her. Morale among the employees seem very high, and it does rub off among the hotel guests like me. Also, staff workers Daniella, Mandi and Sofia are very attentive and make an effort to serve the guests. There are many reasons I'm a return customer. Management/staff there promote a positive environment for the guests.

The staff was not only friendly but several step in to fill other rolls seamlessly when needed. We liked this place so well we timed our return trip so we could overnight there again. It was a great stay except for housekeeping coming in the room when the do not disturb sign was up and going through our stuff. I was in the room laying down when she came in. We reported it and was met with hostility and anger from the staff at the front desk. Food was great and super convenient to the interstate.
