We really liked this hotel, beautiful location. Close to all the shops, mall, and food. I really have no complaints other than the deaign of the shower and bathroom. I thought it was neat at first but once we started using it, the shower water would flood out into the sink area. There was no water pressure either. Also having ground floor was great because we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff to our room. BUT if you are looking to enjoy the beach side view with the pretty sunrise, i would suggest going to level 2 or 3. Its right above the bushes on ground 1. Some other side notes, I loved the seperate sitting room and their gym! Overall, i would stay here again, but choose floor 2 or 3 😁

This Is what was needed, a great weekend with an ever greater view! My family and I enjoyed the pool, beach and the amazing views from our room. Very convenient and barely left the hotel. A few things to add - the beach chairs/umbrellas aren’t from the hotel, it’s a company which is $40 for the day. Not too bad Parking $16 a day in the hotel parking lot is a tad ridiculous but it is what it is. You can tell the hotel is on the older side hence the picture I’ve attached to this review that was taken by the mini fridge. The showers get hot which Is a huge plus. Everyone who works there is friendly! AND you get welcome cookies. It was a wonderful stay and we will be returning. It’s close by Publix, Walmart, and tons of restaurants. Salty bagel is a MUST.

The DoubleTree has great beach access and quiet clean rooms that all have an ocean view without paying extra. (Except the first floor.) Great pool and beach bar and hot cookies every day and complimentary coffee in the mornings. We have stayed multiple times and will be back.

The property is under construction. One tower is closed. There is no beach or pool bar. There’s a make shift/temporary bar inside. There is no hot tub and to walk out to the pool/beach you have to walk through constriction. There is no outdoor dining. The pool loungers have a cost. Our room was really nice with a patio facing the ocean and the beach access was great!!

Convenient location for much of the Space Coast. Great views above 1st floor. Handicap access for pool and spa in disrepair/unusable. Charging for parking on premises as a separate item is ridiculous. I'm paying for a room. They don't allow parking for regular beach goers, so the only purpose for the lot is for guests of the hotel.

Rooms were nice, access to the beach is easy, view from my room was great. Only downside was Pool was pretty dirty at the time, not much attention to this area, a family were playing football across the pool and kept hitting other guests not much was done from the staff. The tiki bar was nice.

The location was very convenient for what we needed. Check in staff was great & helpful. The room was renovated, I believe due to flooding. They renovated the rooms nicely. The only issue we had was the floor in the suite, it was sticky & dirty. I used a bath towel & scrubbed it myself. I didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention, I really was pressed for time & it was what it was.

The staff was good but the hotel and property - dirty, old, not kept up, the grounds were full of trash, cigarette butts, and gross. The room itself was dirty, when you walked from anywhere in the room, your feet were black! It was reqlly gross. We were to stay 2 nights and left after 1.

The place is old and worn down. The cushions on the sofa were severely stained. The lobby was a mess. The curtains in the lobby were shredded and ripped on the bottom and the lobby bathrooms were so full of wet feet and salt that you didn’t even want to go in.

Not very clean there was mold on the bathroom wall under the towel hook. The carpet looked old. Everything seemed very outdated. If you are traveling with a large group the lobby and conference room are very small.

Needed cleaning and repairs in room. Rug has stains, lamp did not work, was not cleaned well evident when I wiped tables and the balcony chairs and rail down down and had a dirty wipe, the cabinet finish was old and in needed repair near to the baseboard

Stayed for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping come to the room to refresh the room. Had to leave garbage bags outside our room. Had to call to get towels brought up to our room because we had none. Go down to talk to management and they brush you off and say “did you leave the do not disturb sign on the door?” The room was fantastic, but the staff does not care one bit.

Sliding door to balcony was very hard to open & close. Had to ask for ice bucket and location to ice machines. No instructions in the room for how to work TV or anything else in room or on property. Enjoyed our stay and the beach.

It took hours for room service. They knew we needed bedding for the sofa bed and they didn’t care to come up with the bedding. I waited 45 mins at the front desk with very rude staff. For as much money as they charge.. they should be more polite and accommodating. The staff were very rude. The way they talked and treated all the people that came into contact with them was very alarming. I was very disappointed. Will never stay there again. I would suggest others to stay elsewhere on the beach because this place just was not it!

The staff was attentive to our needs and were always pleasant and cheerful . Only one issue: the pool area needs supervision . Unattended children made the pool area overly noisy and uncomfortable to watch as they were running around recklessly on the concrete deck AND diving into the pool head first. Obviously, parents were oblivious and absent , but ultimately Hilton would be held responsible.

We enjoyed our mini vacation. The room was clean and comfortable. Gave us enough towels ( annoys me when other places give us only 2 towels). Housekeeping didn’t come until around 5:00 but thats better than most place now where they don’t even bother. They gave us a 2 queen room when I booked a king but it worked for us.The outside hallways aren’t as secure as some people may prefer. Beachfront- beautiful view of the beach over the dunes! We were on the 3rd floor, perfect view from the balcony. The 1st floor has nice patios, lawn area, and easy back forth from pool but view is blocked by dunes. The hotel is as close as possible to the beach, with a very short boardwalk from pool to beach. The pool area looked nice but we spent the day on the beach. Rented 2 recliner chairs and umbrella, $40 for the day. On Memorial Day weekend, this beach had people but was in not at all crowded. We had an excellent dinner with excellent service at the on-site restaurant! I would definitely go here again.

The young Hispanic counter clerk who checked us was very helpful and courteous…he has tattoos, wears dark glasses and his name possibly was joachom, or something like that…a credit to doubletree staffing…we checked into Indiatlantic Doubletree Sunday at 3:00 pm.

Great location right on the beach, with lovely beach views to watch the sun rise from the, smallish, but adequate, balcony (2 chairs and small table). Very clean, comfy bed, nice shower and toiletries, coffee machine and microwave. Nice to have the extra sitting space with small dining table (again for 2 people, but adequate). Reception staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. Parking charged at $16/night. Lots of eateries and several supermarkets within a short drive and worth the short drive to Melbourne Beach Pier to watch the sun set. We would definitely stay again. Only reason we didn’t give a 5 rating was the parking fee really.

Excellent service, great location, friendly staff & one of the best places I stayed around Palm Bay, Melbourne areas. I visit central Florida 3 times a year and This is the first time I chose Double Tree Hilton. If you are in central Florida, don’t look beyond this Double Tree Hilton property. Great place to spend few days on business or pleasure. They didn’t charge for parking like most other hotels do. Nice ocean view rooms.

This hotel was really good and we would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They played movies at the pool when the sunset and the bar by the pool is very convenient. It was clean and fun! I would’ve gave it 5 stars but we left some donuts out for a few in our room and there were ants in them when we returned. This place is great overall and family friendly!

Property is very nice and clean nice staff and beach is clean. Only issues are charging $16 a day to park your own car and a rather poor breakfast that really compared to the free breakfast you get at a Hampton Inn but being charged $20-$30 for it.

It seems to be going thing with oceanfront hotels they put lipstick on a pig. The place is definitely outdated how they remodeled the bathrooms is atrocious. I tried to eat dinner at the restaurant. They felt that somebody calling in a room service was more important than a customer standing waiting to be seated he already waited five minutes to be seated.

Overpriced. Especially restaurant and snack bar. No coffee in lobby after lunch.. compared to the 7 other hotels we stayed in. This was the worst for value. Car was also broken into on previous visit. Room and beach are very nice, though.
